Thanks for an awesome Video! How would you do for a sales strategy intense on outbound? For example say you have to reach out to 100 companies (but you dont have the contact person yet). Do you create the 100 companies to Hubspot or you wait till you have a contact person?
Thanks for the amazing tutorial really helpful, will you please share what is the difference between sequences and workflow and a i supposed to use sequence also or workflow will do its job?
Hi Sarvesh Saswadkar! Thanks for watching and dropping a comment. Here is the official definition of the two, as provided by HubSpot themselves: Sequences send emails from your connected inbox as sales emails. On the other hand, workflows use marketing emails that are saved for automation. Hope this helps!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really like the look of this service, but have a few integration issues needing answers before going ahead with a subscription. First, I tried the sales line. The girl (bless her) wasn't the most fluent in English, and I'm guessing she's outsourced in, say, Indonesia; so I bailed on her. Then i use the Chat service, insisting on arranging a phone call with a technical person, but the respondent/bot there tried every trick going to squeeze my points out of me, when all i am asking for is a human being to free-flow chat with. For a company setting itself up as "Customer Relations" it does a very predictable and poor job straight out of the gate.
