Same here; got the starter plan to do exactly that, sequences, after viewing your video. Since there is quite a jump in price between starter and pro, a written mention on the video every time 'starter plan' is mentioned would be relevant.
Hey there - thanks for the feedback. We're working on a "starter only" feature video that should help with that. Are there any other questions we can answer for you?
Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! The send limit for sequences is set by HubSpot and varies whether you are using Sales Hub Professional, or Enterprise. At this time the limit is not editable. Thanks again for watching!
Hi Kristy - you'll need sales professional to enroll multiple contacts. Either multi select from the contacts view or you can enroll multiple contacts from the sequences area itself. If you only have sales starter, you can only enroll one at a time.
We're sorry this wasn't more clear - the sequences are available on sales starter only. If you have marketing starter, you won't be able to use sequences. Which do you have?
I have Sales Starter and it will not allow me to do Sequences. I just (04-30-2020) subscribed to the Sales Starter package after reviewing this video, and its odd it is not allowing me to do a Sequence. On their pricing plan, they say we can do simple automations. I am not sure why Sequences are not allowed right now. Any help?
+Tony Dee hey there - just saw your other suggestions but as for this specific question, what automations are you wanting? Perhaps we can find a work around or “hack” that could fill the gap for you? (See what we did there? Hack? Haha- seriously let us know)
@@erikcarlsonn9829 There are very limited "automation" features under the starter pack. Really it's just the automated follow-up emails after someone submits a form. The bulk of the automation features come with the professional level. What type of automation are you trying to do in HubSpot?
@@HubSpotHacks Can you point me to a video of yours where you discuss these automated follow-up emails? Plus do you have a suggestions for another app to create email funnels?

Awesome Video, thanks a lot!!
Thanks for the kind note!
Do you have any "templates" for messaging or strategy that would be for people that you met at a trade show and watned to keep in touch with?
HubSpot does provide some templates in the Template library, opposed to writing them from scratch. You might find those helpful when getting started!
I'm starting a new endeavor that requires HubSpot. Thank you because I'm sure I'll be referring to these videos.
Awesome! Congrats on the new endeavor. Let us know if there are additional topics you want us to cover in the future.
perfect explanations, thank you
+mrcomoglu you’re welcome!! 🙌🏻
hi! How do I edit the send limit for sequences?
Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! The send limit for sequences is set by HubSpot and varies whether you are using Sales Hub Professional, or Enterprise. At this time the limit is not editable. Thanks again for watching!
To clarify, I need to create sequence one by one for each email?
Hi Angelica, thanks for checking out the video! Each email needs to be created one by one for them to be added into a sequence.
How do we enroll multiple contacts from a list into a sequence?
Hi Kristy - you'll need sales professional to enroll multiple contacts. Either multi select from the contacts view or you can enroll multiple contacts from the sequences area itself. If you only have sales starter, you can only enroll one at a time.
Hi, did they remove email sequences from the sales starter? I was looking into booking it but I can't find it anymore.
Yes, you must have HubSpot Sales Professional to use email sequences.
Hi, I am a HB Hub Starter user and Sequences is not available. Did I misunderstand your comments on availability? Thanks

@@HubSpotHacks Same. I can't get automation to work under my starter pack.
