Yours it probably not the Bluetooth version, I believe there is a 2.4ghz wireless only version with the dongle!

How do you connect it to the 2.4 ghz?? Why would anyone use Bluetooth with lag input over 2.4 anyways?

You only be able to connect that with the dock because of the need for the USB dongle but not sure that would be compatible with the switch!

First, Go to settings controller and sensors turn on pro controller wired communication.
Second, connect the reciever to the usb port of your switch
Third, press home button to turn on the controller, wait till controller is recognized
you are good to go

If there is no pairing, but I'd assume it's the non Bluetooth version of the controller and will only work with the USB dongle.
