so awesome to see someone on youtube fishing the same local spots you do! caught the old skunk last time I was in the dam myself a few days ago. noticed the same thing you did, slowing myself wayyy down has produced a lot more bites just gotta start reeling more in myself! tight lines my man, hopefully see you out sometime!
Hey thank you so much! Yeah that dam is tough. I’m still getting used to fishing the faster current rivers & streams. It’s so fun though. I grew up in the Chicago suburbs & the fishing here is so much better. Hope to see you around as well! Thanks for watching!
@@t.paulwrobel1439they make a 3” regular senko but I’m looking on tackle warehouse and they also have a fat senko that looks like more of a Ned bait. Color is called bubblegum. I like the thin senko though because it wiggles really nice in the current, especially on a drop shot nose hooked.
More or less, yes. It sort of depends on the application, as in what type of water / structure you’re fishing. You can bounce it off the bottom to imitate a little aquatic bug or you can swim it and shake your rod tip to imitate a distressed baitfish. A Ned head is technically a type of jig. It’s designed with that mushroom shape to cause the bait to fall in a spiral, like a dying baitfish so you’ll typically get hit as it’s sinking. If not, bounce it on the bottom or swim it back, repeat.
Sam Sobi just put out a pink worm video. Dink Dangler setting trends.
Heck yeah bubblegum worm gang 🪱 🍬

W man great chanle
@@HenryKrzysiak-i8b thank you! 🙏
John Dalton on Creek Fishing Adventures swears by a pink Yum Dinger. Catches tons on em. What weight jig head were you using?
It’s pretty great in stained water. For me, green pumpkin is ideal for clear water but I’m warming up to pink.
I'm a believer in pink lures. I have pink crankbaits in many sizes but have yet to find a pink worm anywhere. Who makes the Senko you were using?
Gary Yamamoto! I’ll post a link in the description.
@@dinkdangler Thanks
