    Maa your videos helped me a lot but I still a problem. I have cervical and it only gets worse. Even after exercising it doesn't go away. Now it has reached till my lower region of the body and my back hurts a lot. Can u please suggest some ways and routines for overcoming or reducing cervical pain?

      Exercise.. Keep a good posture.. You may be over using your phone n you might be sitting in a wrong angle like bowing your neck while using phone..
      First,go to the doctor, do a neck test.. There, it will show.. Is it disc problem, nerve problem etc.? .
      Massage it with olive oil.. Keep a warm bottle under neck.. Take proper diet.. Fish, milk, dates, apricots, calcium syrup not tabs, eggs..
      Hope it will assist you!! 🙏

      @@arsalangreen593 I did visit the doctor and was told I have cervical spondylitis which usually doesn't have any cure. Only surgery but at the very last and peak stage. I am thankfully not there. I have improved my postures now but I still feel a lot of stiffness in my shoulders, back, neck,and arms. Instead of being energized I feel alot pressured in my muscles, especially after i wake up. Thank you for your guidance.

    Wonderful tips mam.. Yes it's TRUE in todays world people are stuck to cellphones, once I was doing cardio in gym and was told by my trainer that I can talk to someone only while doing cardio but in short, I tried to communicate with few people who were doing cardio with me , many of them were busy with cellphones and were rude and didn't even reply when I wished and many were if I wished good morning even though they were not using cellphones were rude..

Onething which I didn't understand in this video is the reason behind using foreigners to demonstrate happiness, friendship etc..when the Yoga science is born in India. I'm not differentiating anyone. But i want to know why many yogic and philosophical teachers with Indian or nearby Indian origin always use western people by example....
