i was on a trip when i put these over my head and they broke the same exact way. I have a big head too sadly so im guessing thats the reason why. I took them to the apple store and they were gonna charge $200. I'm glad a self repair isnt too bad.
did the broken plastic headband piece not get broken inside the hinge.. for me it did so now I can't insert the new headband correctly
Your lucky my screws had lock tight on them so I ended up straining all of them
Same for me I don’t know how to fix them if I can’t get the screws off

got my studio pro’s in December and it snapped yesterday😭. all i did was take it off a little too hard.
I've had 2 pair that broke on the side like that. First pair (Solo) lasted me about 3 years. Studio3 I've had for about 6 months before they broke.
