Hey bro I got similar condition with this headphones, the problem is that my headphones was snap on the retractable area n. I don't know how to pull the broken part since it's inside plastic cover that I can't remove, do U have any suggestions for me bro?
i couldn’t believe when i saw the thumbnail. i have the same beats headphones and they broke exactly the same way (looked just like yours). thanks for the video
moral - dont buy beats headphones XD
Same here, I have Beats Pro 3 now broken in the same place. I got all of 3 years out of them before falling to pieces, after paying $250. What a scam.
How long did it last after using this method ?
yeah, beats are a waste of money. after glueing them this way they lasted me a good while before breaking again but that happened because they fell down (my fault). glued em again and they’re holding up pretty well so far. for some reason my ANC doesn’t work anymore (been like that for many months)
ME TOO BRO IM SO HAPPY I FOUND HIM, Mine were the studio pros😭
YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER
i was about to throw my headphones, they were ok with the sould but they were broken and i was afraid that i would accidentally pull the cable
you’re a life savor no exaggeration. i snapped my beats the same way coming home from my second job and was pissed. i tried super glue and electric tape but it wouldn’t stay together all the way. using baking soda changed my life, i had no idea it would turn it to a cement like hold. i now have my noise canceling headphones back and i couldn’t thank you enough!! music is my life 🩶
bro i was taking my headpone on my head and i use to much strenth and broke it 💀💀
just repair and save money.
same thing just happened to me, now I'm here strolling to fix it using this method. Then in the future get a new headband
AJ Meray Sath bhi asa hua😢😢😢
Update:: I fixed it with baking powder and glue. And it's been working as nee since then
I took em off and they snapped, didn’t even jerk that hard
Oh my gosh I didn’t think this would work but it for sure dose thank youuuuu sm!!!!!
OMG!! This worked like MAGIC✨!!! My headphones are good as new! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! YOU ARE LITERALLY GOD SENT!❤❤✨
Glad it helped!
it worked!!!!!!!!! thank youuuuuuu
this video is very helpful guys 👍👍
Thanks man❤
You're a life saver, thank you so much.😢
Thank you broo.fixed my headphones ♥️
About to try this with my headphones, they aren't beats, but this method should still work for the area I'm trying to repair!
It not only didn't work for me, but now they look like trash lmao. I must not have done it right...
@@Nightwalker661 what type of glue did you use
Holy sh*t, it worked!
My headphone is back on, bro. I did a shoddy job but screw it. Thank you so much. A million likes for you.
Now, my brother's headphone is also broken but I love them too. I'd wait for him to get a new pair so I can get his. *Winks
cool, thanks for so sweet comment :)
Holy crap, this worked. Fixed two broken bluetooth plastic headsets. I'm amazed as I was skeptical this would work but it does. Thank you! 👍
thanks for feedback :)
wasn't expecting it to work.....superb work
thanks for feedback :)
thank youuu it worked
LOl. its like cement now. Thank you for this. May your pillow always be warm.
Thank you sooo much, you saved me 😅
Brother or sister, it worked and I am utterly grateful. I will return and comment again as to its durability and I think it will stay as it is now. Thank you for sharing this content
Merhaba, yapıştırıcı olarak ne kullandınız
@@nexibebe TR'den yazıyorsunuz sanıyorum, ŞOK marketlerde satılan Patex yapıştırıcılardan aldım, uygulama aşamasında arkadaşın önerdiği gibi karbonatı fırçayla uyguladım, yapışma işlemi kısa sürede gerçekleşiyor zaten. Uygulamadan önce yapabiliyorsanız kulaklığı yapıştırılacak alan açıkta kalacak şekilde parçalamaya dikkat edin.
Thanks. Great to hear!
the baking soda+super glue method doesn't last long , it will break again , because there's no flexibility in the bonded area . Melted plastic is the best fix
i has repaired more than 30-40 headphones and they all works like new, just use tape, to cover glue parts and keep all together.
I only used gorilla glue and gorilla tape on my turtle beaches years ago and it lasted another couple years which made them 6 years old or more. Never will I my turtle beach again it's all cheap plastic supertreated I'm sure so it doesn't last long . I came here to see if their might be another way or some plyable yet strong metal to use to give it an extra strength. Never heard about using baking soda but I'm sure if you drop it it'll break elsewhere. Never drop and never fold if it has that ability with plastic as new. After fixing is especially Never drop over stretch and you won't be able to fold which should never be done to begin with
What plastic do you recommend? As you have to be careful not to overheat by wires I'm sure especially if not a cleaner break
Thank u
Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so so much it really worked 🙏
very well
But what is soda used for??
@@notayoutuber9746for instant cement with super glue.
IT WORKKSSSSSSSSSSSSSS OMG OMG THANKS YOU SOOOOO MUCHHHHHHHHHH
I love you, and for you to make a video im sire this is a common occurrence
You said I can’t close it but when I close it it works somehow
Can i use araldite to fix it instead of these ???
Haven’t tried yet, but thanks for the video! Is it still possible to close the headphones and put them in the case after this?
no, then you need replace headband.
@@TechscrewDIYso you cannot fold the headphones again?
@@k.5425 yes, if you want fold then you need wait for video, that i upload on 8th september. there will be video, how to change headband.
@@TechscrewDIY Hi, let me go check out the headband replacement video

I managed to repair the headphones in this way, but I don't know how long they will last, but if they break down, I can fix it nicely for a very small amount
did it break? Please share update.
@@mohammednayim yes xd
Holy shit it completely worked for me thank you so much i just broke my father's headphones stepped on them then fixed them he noticed but didnt talk about it
Thank you so much You saved my ass
glad to hear you saved your ass :)
@@TechscrewDIY ☺❤
I broke it and then opened the damn thing, lost hope then came across this master piece. thank you
thanks, so sweet :)
Thanks bro so much
I broke my brother jbl headphones thank so much
Love from India
Put super glue or fevikwik first ..and then soda ...soda will be like patthar ho gya ab mai ..😂trust me ..it works
it works man thank you!
No it's not as afficative as I solder the plastic and put staple pin it works but this super glue only works 2 days and you have to be super careful
@king gaming I don't know, but
I am still using this headphones, and it's been a month
Yeah
at first the headphones were fixed but after an hour they broke again while i was wearing them, so i dont really know if i did something wrong, any tips ?
did you use baking soda like in this video ?
yea@@TechscrewDIY
I used j b plastic weld I really hope it works
and the result is ?
My headband is only ripped a very slight bit and it’s not peeling. Does that mean I have to get rid of of it entirely?
Should I use wires too like your older video or is just glue n soda sufficient?
for this headphone body you can glue without metal wires.
@@TechscrewDIY it is working great and I didn't even use the wires 😭😭... You are a good boi😃
Is it necessary to put baking soda on top of the glue ? Because I was planning on just putting krazy glue
baking soda is the main trick in this repair, super glue combined with baking soda to form instant cement
Super glue alone suuuux
And I should add, awesome hack which I did not know about before seeing this vid
Can you use baking powder also?
need to check the chemical content, but don't think they are the same
Use feviquick+ cotton cloth
We have 2 of the Beats Solo 3 Headphone and they snapped. Expensive headphone but of poor quality workmanship.
Can this work on my unlocked harming headset from 5 below?
of course :)
Can I just use glue because I have red headbands beats it’s very hard for me to find the same colour of it
this video help - th-cam.com/video/EV-1kaVeX8c/w-d-xo.html
Can this fix my broken headband of beats solo 3
of course, but better buy new replacement headband.
What brand of the glue did you use?
Super Moment, but you can use any that type glue.
What glue did u use? I need to fix my headphones😢
moment super glue, red not blue gel type,
Yeah, I truly wonder why beat decide to use plastic instead of solid piece of metal.
what can i do if the cable cuted of?
try repair, but it's not simple :(
can cornstarch work too?
no, it has a different chemical structure
Until 2:25 must be ended the repair so they don't look like "repaired" with black tape. Anyway ty for the video.
My headphones problem is different i think there's something tingling inside
I guess that won't work..... I don't have my grandmother's toothbrush 😂
yes, it's the secret ingredient
Is the baking soda a requirement,?
baking soda + superglue make instant cement :)
I was using my headphones on the bus when we hit a pothole and I hit my head to the window which broke the headband 😭
Glue name tell me bro
any superglue.
Why ruin an expensive item like that when you can get the upper strap replaced for $20?
true, but if i want just quick repair and continue to use them on my work tractor, where looks are not important.
@@TechscrewDIY Nice dude!
My almost friend was trying to talk to me and he lifted my headphones off my head it it snapped like this LIKE MY GUY WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT we were almost friends but now he ruined his chance
My headphones are hot after using the super glue
is everything okay now ?
Guys just buy a headband replacement, save yourself the energy and the cost is around the same
I can't mine have led cat ears.
true, there is headband replacement video: th-cam.com/video/EV-1kaVeX8c/w-d-xo.html
Lo
Every single pair of headphones (that bends or twists) I've owned has broken like this. This will be my 4th set to break, an in the exact same spot.
If this works, I'll have 4 headsets!!🎉🎉🤣
I thought these expensive ass Beats headphones would be sturdier than my cheap(er) ones, but nope. I simply put them on and they broke! No more Beats headphones
did you succeed?
How do I remove the glue from the beats?
what the glue ? There is no glue at the point of broken part, it is just broken plastic.
How to fixed broken wire 😢
only by replace.
does not work headphones are completly damaged.
broken inner cable ?
@@TechscrewDIY nope, paste all around the brocken part, had to use tape instead. glue would not work anymore. headphones are working well though.
you mean 3.5mm jack ?
thats not gonna work man
i have repair more that 30 headphones in this wy and thel all work better than new.
Instructions unclear the headset extender broke
you have to listen more carefully, because everyone else gets it :)
These things are garbage. I’m on my second hinge replacement, and the ear pads are shredded. Apple should be sued in a class action like they were for their airpods!
Doesn't work at all
do you have two left hands ?
@@TechscrewDIY It always depends on where the breakage is. You can't fix everything with super glue. Sometimes it's better to 3d print the broken part.
Works perfectly
Or save $250 by not buying overpriced bass centric headphones to begin with
This is so accurate they always break
in the same area
my headphone is broken like on the head part( its a lenovo th30) not near the ear part so when i did it, it worked but when i wear it, it bends so its looks weird😭how do i fix it?help pls🫶🏻
its also has a cushion(?) under it so its hard to do it😭
@@decalcomania5379 like in this video, adjust the cushion so you can glue the broken part then after gluing it, you' glue the cushion back to the headband
will it work with feviquick ?
