I come from a homeschooled background so I've lived most of my childhood isolated from making a lot of friends. Not until I went to college did I manage to get connections with a lot of people outside of my family and my church. Even then my sphere of influence still felt relatively small. When it comes down to it, though, I actually made more friends and acquaintances than I thought at first, by the time I started at Keller Williams back in February. And now at my brokerage I have amazing support from mentors and great fellow agents. I'm going the FSBO route and also networking with professionals and my SOI in person. So far I've generated more leads than I thought I could. No closings yet, but the more I keep doing it, the more inevitable that first closing will become.

I’m new to the industry and I struggle so much with everything you spoke about. Never share on social. Your family will watch for 10 seconds & kill your view duration metrics. Find my Living In Atlanta TH-cam and copy me. It takes 8 months, 1 video a week to start generating leads typically.
