I just now up loaded the boomerang on my computer and seeing as to how I can use it for my business. I see that your last tip will be even more of a help in my business as I do send out the same message many times for a conference call or for sending a request or a reminder message out to some people. I work on different projects, each project involves a different group of people. How can I categorize their emails to automatically be organized into some sort of folders? it is annoying to have to filter a 100 different people, as I will have to do the same thing a 100 times!
My personal hack is using Gmelius for sending emails later. It also blocks people from seeing if you read their email if they’re using such an app on you. I love it. Your video helped me realize Gmail had tabs- what!? & that you can set up forwarding to other emails- thank you! -Nevermind, their tabs aren't as cool as they sound.
A tweak I greatly appreciate is the delay in sending the mail after pressing "send", which allows you to interrupt the delivery after you actually look at the email you sent. Configure "general settings" look for "undo send" and establish number of seconds you wish to delay.
Awesome I created labels but had no idea it can be setup to automatically go into that label when a new email comes in for that group created under the labels. I spent hours having to move emails from Inbox to Labels one by one. I will use all these tips it is brilliant!!
Comprehensive!! I wish they still had the tabs option. The best I can do is choose which one of their canned tabs I want. Oh, well. It seems kinda redundant to me, tho. You can get the same benefits from Labels. Don't really need auto-advance either. The little carrots at the top will advance back or forward inside the email.
I use Gmail for junk mail. Ha ha I love Outlook. But this is such a in depth way to use Gmail. I'm going to look into this more. I love how organized and detailed you are. I try and then fail and then try a different way and fail. Ha ha I'm still trying to be more detailed. It's so helpful!

I use something in the Gmail labs with "panel" on the name. I don't remember it's name exactly, but I know that it allows me to view my email in a side by side view. I no longer have to click and view one email at a time, I can no click then view one email while still looking at unopened emails. it's so beautiful and allows me to fluidly tackle emails 😂😂😂!
I create vertical split, i think its very useful its under labs in settings just enable Preview Pane and than you can create horizontal or vertical split by clicking the box second left to settings. its useful.try it

I saw your section about forwarding but is there any way to have several emails be forwarded to one account and then reply from just that account and make it appear as if you've reply from the email it was forwarded from. I have several email accounts I need to monitor regularly from websites and would like to have them all basically collect into one gmail account, be able to see which account it was forwarded from and have the option to email back and have it appear it was sent from the specific email instead of the "collecting" gmail.
