Once the user preference wizard has been set up, you will be able to start and finish activities at the appropriate time.
Assalamuwalaikum Wa Rahamatullahi Wa Barkatahu.... Brother, if my project is of 02 years durations & the national holidays which falls on same date every year then do we have to add the dates into non working separately for each year, or it can be done at a once?

You have to did the same for every year. Primavera is not complete values itself.
