Mashallah, that is a great effort. If possible, please create a video tutorial on the timeline of the project, as the Project Manager is doesn't interest in seeing the details of thousands of activities one by one. Such content is missing on TH-cam, and I believe it is a key point for completing a project on time. If possible, incorporating a practical project would be excellent.
can we do it by applying critical path filter? Because we have to just change the duration of CP only.

As you are updating actuals the same way. after assignment of weight the physical will be calculated as you have done assignment.

My question is out of this video's context anyway. When a project has already started, and project duration reviewed, maybe to finish earlier, how can the new s-curve be plotted ?
You can generate the curve at any stage for Planned, Actual and remaining (Manhours, Quantity and Cost). You can extract the required data from the resource assignment or spread sheet option by using the group & sort option and time scale. You Can use percentage to representant weights
It is possible to represent the weights as a percentage, however Primavera P6 calculations require numerical values.

what should we write to password ? should we have license for that? i followed your steps and even didnt change a name, it remains admin and put a easy password but it didnt work
You must enter a new password when creating a new database; if you are connecting an old version of the database, enter the password. (Which was created with the Database) Open a WhatsApp conversation with the Planning-P6 support team, and we'll work together to resolve the issue.
At minute 16:38, you say, "if you assigned the baseline, remove it to monitor accurately". Ok, but what happen then, will I again assign the same baseline after i upload all delay event to the schedule?
Dear, To prepare the delay analysis, we must use the baseline and add events one by one by following the steps. After the EOT has been approved, we have to create and assign a new baseline in accordance with the updated timeframes, budget, and other details.
