    I'm Week 22 and I found your channel a few weeks ago. Your videos are great cause this is my first baby and I had no clue how to switch up my work out routine to be safe! Also I appreciate the 15 minute work out too cause my mornings are busy and I can fit it in!

    I love this cardio workout! It's just perfect for where I'm at. I modify most of the lunge or side lunges due to having to prevent a reoccurance of PSD. But your curtsy lunge is genius! It feels so good to lunge and work my legs and doesn't hurt my pelvis!
