I had a few struggles with my blood sugar and your tips for gestational diabetes (especially the nighttime shake) were so helpful. I've been using your workouts to keep in shape and prepare for delivery. Monday, at 38 weeks, our little boy was born. It was a 6-hour labor and the baby is healthy (although small). We are so thankful to God for His goodness. I prayed for your family too after your last personal update. My heart goes out to you. It’s insane how tired it makes some ppl! This is my first pregnancy and I’m hoping the second trimester gives me more energy! I was working out every day until the fatigue and it’s so hard to push myself
So glad I came across this video. My usual prenatal workout was canceled, and instead of giving up I decided to find one to do on youtube. I had to modify a few moves to make it right for my body and feel like I got a good workout.

Thank you for the exercise. It’ll be much better if you talk about the exercise that you are doing, or give a longer bell if you want to change the movement. Because when im doing a movement, i cant always see the screen all the time and missed to start a new movement as the video does. Thank you

My personal opinion is I prefer you talk through the workouts because there was one workout I did not get and could have used some feedback. Also its nice when you talk because you do reminders to keep your hips stable etc and it helps me catch myself when I am being unstable. Love your videos!!! ❤❤❤

My only suggestion - on the cool down and stretch, even on the ones that you don’t talk on, it may be beneficial to still have clues for when to switch, as it can be difficult in some positions to make sure you switch because the screen isn’t in sight.

Thank you! A lot of the moves felt like I am back in ballet class (something I am missing like crazy!). I am in my second trimester and the pace was perfect. I did not feel like it was too much for me to handle, but it felt like I got a workout in nevertheless. (I was not extremely fit before pregnancy but I did workout 2-3 times a week for 30min. Now I am doing this type of workout twice a week and walking my dog on other days...and eating a lot of fruit which I crave constantly). Thanks again!

I really liked the work out but missed your voice guiding me as i can’t see the text on the screen and really needed support for modifications and how to protect baby and myself in some of the challenging exercises.

Challenging in the 3rd trimester. I definitely needed more time to switch positions.

I second that. 15-20 secs is perfect, especially for transitions from standing to laying down and vice versa. 26 weeks with twins here.
