    Thank you for all of your teaching and workout videos! They have been very helpful! I'm an American, but I live in Germany, so I've been doing your workouts from here. My first baby was in the breach position and doing one of your helpful videos for one day turned the baby around! My first birth was a near death experience and I had to have an emergency c-section. We both lived. The midwife surrounding me was very aggressive and not nice and that also made it a very traumatic experience. In three months I will give birth to my second baby and I am learning from you in preparation, but I still have fear that what happened the first time could happen again. I'm praying for a better experience this time around. :)

    I am in Texas and I’m 29 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby boy and I love your yoga, stretch, and workout videos! I wish I would’ve known about your channel during my pregnancies with my first and second son. I did exercise and go on walks when I was pregnant with them which helped, but I feel like your channel has been more beneficial then other videos I used with my first two pregnancies.

    I’ve been looking so long for shorter exercise videos. I often don’t find the energy for 30min exercises or more. Your lovely smile at the beginning and throughout the workout motivates me to continue till the end! Thank you so much! I’m in my 29th week and writing you from France 🇫🇷!

    Love these workouts and stretches/yoga. It’s been helping me so much! I ran until 30 weeks but can’t do that anymore, so this is my saving grace. Currently almost 34 weeks from Northern Wisconsin 😊

    i started a little bit later in the second trimester about to enter the third in a few short weeks, I loved that the video was intended to do at my own pace and not rush anything. Take time to get used to the exercises. I appreciate it. I usually do some stretches but not enough so I wanted to do more easy exercises/workouts that feel good for my body and my baby.
