Much thanks, Helen. These are delicious. The shrimp pop in your mouth when you bite into them ( I shelled and deveined mine ). I made the nuoc cham dipping sauce, too, but added a bit of smashed ginger to it. Cilantro would also be awesome. Super easy and super good. I'll be making these over and over, again. They're just that good.

for the low carb fans, I looked this one up, cuz it's too yummy to pass up...about 100 cal each, 14 g carbs, and 4 g protein. That is good enough for me to have TWO with the dipping sauce of course. :) Thank you for sharing #Helen'sRecipes

She explain simply the basic principle. I rather to clean the shrimps totaly, including the black part on the back. I have some leek remaining, I will use it to replace the onion or the scallion. I replace the pork with green or red pepper already peel. She is a good teacher. Hers spring Rolls sound very good. I perfume with secret aromas, add chinese mushrooms and fresh coriander. Bon appetit !

One great technique I always use for reheating fried foods, is by simply putting them in the oven or frying on a dry pan. The oil left over from the first fry will reheat and the food will crisp up again. Play around with it, so that you can get the right crispness, while getting the filling to heat up as well. This recipe looks awesome, and the recipe for the filling looks much easier than most.

this song is about a couple. They have spent time together, loved, shared the difficulties, then the guy left the girl even after all the difficulties were over and the girl keep missing that guy day by day. In Viet Nam, we call big, serious troubles " storm". The name of the song is "the storm" ( or something like that :)) . They were together in the " storm" and then when it was over, he left. Untill now, though the sky is blue, peacefull but there is still a "storm" in her heart. sad story.

Hi, love the recipe, very simple and yummy! question: in the video, the rolls are presented with some sort of sauce over them, I dont mean the nuoc cham, I mean the sauce used to decorate and make rossettes on the plate. What sauce is it? satay? just curious because it is not mentioned at all in the video
