    - not eating after 6 pm
    - twice daily walks and workouts 3x a week

-no booze or sodas or sugary juices
    - drinking quality water without fluoride and a carnivore diet (carbs but minimally)

Different diet habits often work differently for different people. Example: I like a nice baked tater with butter. It feels good and agrees with me. OTOH, even a small bowl of plain white rice will jack my blood sugar and I feel awful. So, lots of butter and some broccoli or maybe some beef or chicken. A good brown or wild rice is fine for me. Thanks for your encouragement!

Hi Suneel, very very true, I totally agree, it is sometimes the small things one does makes the difference. I can sometimes get slightly heavier than I want to be so I keep a long wooden walking pole in my kitchen and when I am waiting for things cooking I use that extra small bit of time to do stick exercises, stretching, bending and rotating, really great and I notice the difference when I don't! Also cutting out sugar/honey in hot drinks, there is no need once your decide it is better all round to say no. I also found not having grains in my diet, what a difference! No hay fever, no stomach issues with acid at night, a real difference for my sleep pattern. I do not do very low carbs as I just can't (or won't as being vegetarian most of my life) I tend to run out of energy, so have carbs in the form of vegetables, lentils, beans and small amount of potato which has always been my diet anyway, I have just cut out my usual would have been carbs of oats, rice and gluten free flour. If I need flour I use chick pea or cassava flours. I just thought this what I have found in my small changes might be help to others, thank for the content of your channel, very inspiring.

I was walking well over 10000 steps every day, and for some unknown reason tore a tendon, and now my morning walk has turned into a car drive to the cafe. Now I have certain exercises to do, and I am trying to eat better. It is a bit frustrating to say the least. I look forward to recovering so I can start walking again😮

This happened to my husband on statins for high cholesterol. He got mysterious muscle injuries and went off the statins because he felt that was the cause of his injuries. After stopping the problems went away. However, the doctor is really upset he went off them. I am not sure how to feel about it because when he gave blood to the Red Cross or whatever charity the tech saw the cholesterol in his blood and warned him that his cholesterol was high. But he was miserable on the statins so I accept his decision.

I thought (at no 3) you were gonna say just sit there. Meditate or just breathe for 5 minutes. Or just sit and look out the window for 5 minutes.
Of course, talking a walk around the block works too ☺️
    Cheers dr Dhand

Every human beings molecular structure has an "inter - relational", co dependency, in the manner which sustenance is absorbed. The re - distribution sequence of a cell adjusts how it is fragmented, truncated, and diluted. Reducing toxicity must amplify a "causal" parameter. These parameters exist, as a binary flux , procuring how data is quantified. Let me offer a pedestrian example. It is much easier to use a key than break down a door. The toxic data encompassing a cell is lowered when your stomach is empty. Thus, a cell will resonate at a lower frequency. This is when you should exercise. It is essential to exercise on an empty stomach in order to break down refined sugars and processed foods. That is when your absorption level will be at its highest and you can eliminate toxic waste. Excellent Video Dr. Suneel Dhand! Your advice is meaningful and insightful in perpetuity.

Dr Dhand seems like a good person who actually tries to do good. real people already do all these except , reach out to others, I found they don't want anyone to contact them. They are very self centered and don't care about anyone except a very small circle. If 1-4 can lead to long life I will live forever but with others being 100% self centered, selfish, greedy and usually stupid, who wants to live forever , or even very long. There is no real purpose to life and most people don't care about anything or anyone but themselves.

Good ideas. I've implemented a few healthier eating habits last few years, and I was never an UNhealthy eater. Also not overweight though have put on about 10lb a few years back.
    - Cut caffeine to decaf only
    - Was sensitised to that, so only have decaf first thing, then redbush
    - smaller dinner plate, which reduced portion size
    - cut sugar in my tea, from 1tsp to 1/2 a coffee spoon
    - cut muesli portion to one mugful
    - cut lunch bread from 2 sandwiches to 1.
    Already did:
    - 5 a day fruit & veg
    - roughly 30 plants per week
    - no fizzy juice
    - semi skimmed milk
    - no sugary cereal
    - chips (fries) maximum once a week
    - grill rather than fry
    - no nitrite filled bacon
    - no monosodium glutamate (dehydrating in the extreme!)
    - very rarely snack between meals
    - vitamin D supplement (with dairy)
    - vitamin C supplement (with meat)
    Recently added:
    - taking my iron pills, with fruit juice, 1/2 hour before a meal, to maximise absorption
    - increased vitamin D supplement, I'm at Northern latitude
    - sit outside for one meal, any day it's not raining + daylight
    - earlier, regular, bedtime
    - earlier, regular rising
    - trying to increase walking, as poor health had reduced it
    - trying to add some more vigorous exercise
    - dried out house and use dehumidifier
    - air rooms every day
    - have begun using steam to clear sinuses
    - have begun using saline rinse to prevent canker sores
    - keep track of social contact, daily
    Hope to soon:
    - begin pilates
    - begin treating fungal nail infections
