That's far from sugar free lol Just the milk alone will have 12g of sugar per cup. Now evaporate it and have a concentrated version of it, and you get upwards of 25g per 100ml. You can use milk alternatives and add thickeners like guar gum, but there's a bit of work to it. I wish it were as simple as just replacing with sugar free syrups :(

@@Natashaskitchen I made the creamer a week ago using equal parts of the sweet milk and the half and half adding the vanilla.
I thought it needed a little more of the sweet milk because I'm an espresso lover. Also added some cinnamon.
I don't have a health issue limiting my sugar intake. However, the sweet milk is very high in sugar. It's 29 grams for the entire can. I'm sure diluting probably it cuts the sugar down.
I enjoyed the taste and the easy recipe. Thanks Natasha for sharing. 🙂

I buy coffee, sugar-free cream and hazelnut flavor and I drink my coffee iced in the winter drink it hot I drink it cold because it’s spring right now but in just a few months, my cousins technically get out for summer break during spring. It’s still spring when they get out they get out they get out in May and it’s my birthday in 13 days and my mom’s birthday was actually yesterday. Our birthdays are both in April. The reason I don’t by coffee creamer is because of the sugar, and the sugar free options are absolutely toxic. The sweetened condensed milk is a hard no for me. I do eat small amounts of sugar from time to time, but the amount that goes into coffee is more than our daily recommended allowance altogether, so starting my day by jacking my insulin is not optimal for me personally…
I actually love to use lakanto drinking chocolate in my coffee, with my organic collagen powder and a splash of cream or almond milk. Healthy and delicious!!

    This recipe is very bomb!
I don’t have a Mason jar YET, but I used a coffee tumbler.
The sweetened condensed milk was sweet (i liked that!) I also used heavy whipping cream with a touch of milk and it’s the greatest creamer I’ve ever had!!!!!
    Thank you Natascha 🙏

I love coffee creamer especially oat milk creamer however majority of creamers have palm or soybean oil and all other unnecessary ingredients. Going to give this a try!

What I did and modified these ingredients for a creamer:
Almond or soy milk unsweetened sweetened
Vanilla extract or hazelnut or peppermint
condensed milk or stevia as my alternative
