Blood Pressure monitoring to recognize/monitor sick kids

Recording and monitoring SBP, DBP, PP and MAP helps to understand
1) Whether the child has vasodilatory shock or normal perfusion.
2) Identify low MAP shock even if SBP is high
3) Choose the right inotrope during resuscitation.
