    My parents told me that back when I was a baby, I almost can't breathe and my face turns pale. Good thing we have a neighbor who's a Nurse and she saves my life. ❤

    I am a new mom to my baby boy so watching this will help me to save my baby if something happens to him because I remember when he was 3 months he just stopped breathing 😢💔 and I didn't know what to do I was just panicking and crying....I yall his daddy saying the baby is not breathing he came and take the baby from me and remove his clothes then I went outside to ask for help... when I came back with other people i found my baby opened his eyes 😭 I don't know what my husband did to him but I was just happy to see my baby smilling and I thank God for giving me such a very brave husband🤞🏾😢 bcz I nearly died that day.🙏🏾♥️

      I always recommend you go take a class in person and work on manikins. It makes a world of difference. I also tell people to put a cpr poster inside a cupboard door that they open on a regular basis, its a good place that is out of the way for a quick refresher.

      Hi old CPR instructure,
      Would you mind telling how was it done before? Not everthimg thats new is necessarily better. On the contrary, these days people don’t know anymore whats the right way of doing things
      due to so much false information.

    Very informative. But need also to check the brachial pulse prior compression.

    • @mkpetersen1607
      @mkpetersen1607 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am a BLS instructor and we don't teach people to check the puls since many people (due to chock and stress) feel their own puls.
      This results in people being unsure and crucial time is lost.
      Trained emergency responders will check for a puls as well as pinching around the shoulder. However, they are taught in a very different way and go through many hours of training.
      (In my first first-aid course about 10 years ago I also learned to check th pulse. This has since been removed by the European Resuscitation Council)

      Yes you can, though it normally doesn't take as much time to get them back to proper health.

      Yes you can.gasping means the brain is still alive..and high chance to survive after continue chest compression.

    I just did a course yday & it’s essential u phone 000/911 immediately!!!Especially with a baby. Just push the numbers & put phone on loud speaker. Even if u just speak a few essential words whilst ur doing chest compressions & keep continuing with CPR. Also do not tilt baby’s head back like you do on an adult.
    And he also taught us to just do little breaths like ur just blowing up a tea bag 👍🏽
