Thank you so much. I think this will help Solve my Constantly Headache and light irregular heartbeat.... I try to eat more Beef and Steak for One week....👍👍
My readings usually at 90+-/60+- I fainted a few times before while standing. I was told to squat whenever I feel dizzy. Most ppl won’t understand the kind of fatigue hypotension faced. I get depressed sometimes due to tiredness so I incorporate exercise routine for 30mins, 5 times a week. This helped my physical and mental state. I feel more in control of my health though my reading is still consider low mostly. I am no longer angry with myself for being ‘lazy’ as I recognised it is a medical condition I faced. I learn to accept and take things easier now. ❤️
@@Alwaysbepresent749 it not a medically proven method, just a method that I use and it is effective for me. It is exercise. It helps to bring up my blood pressure every morning and I like the adrenaline rush feeling after exercise. It helps to cope my morning fatigue. It was difficult to incorporate because my mental negative thoughts. But I learn to overcome slowly. I follow some TH-cam HiITT, yoga, pilates, strength exercise for 30mins. Hope it’s helpful for you. 🙂
I was riding my bike to the park. After a short 2 miles, my pressure became low. I felt physically cold, weak, and an impending vulnerable feeling. My heart raced then I started sweating on my head. My bpdy felt like I was wearing a fuzzy foam suit. I nearly freaked out but kept calm so I looked normal. Lol I ended riding all the way back home. It was highly uncomfortable Youre not the only one, I hope you heal too. Lol
@@pl640 no it doesn't it has a diuretic effect which makes u produce more urine but its a very small effect that it doesn't even count unless you take like 10000mg of caffeine at once (which is impossible) it wont dehydrate u
This video is very helpful, thanks a lot ❤️ I’m 38 yo and recently I’ve been feeling dizzy, nauseous, I had cold sweats, irregular heartbeat & even felt like I’m gonna faint. Just like today it happened while I was driving. Ir was so scary, I rushed home and immediately laid down. I checked my BP and it was low 102/71 I drank honey 🍯 water 💦 and waited 20 minutes. I always drink tons of water, exercise and only drink one cup of coffee in the morning. Dizziness went away but I was super fatigue and sleepy. I took a short nap, 15 minutes the. Ate dinner. I’m feeling much better now, but not 100% yet. And it’s true about the blood circulation, I always had an issue with that 😔 I wish everyone great health 🤍 take good care of yourselves guys 🙏🏻 2 month update: I’ve been feeling great and been wearing compression sucks every day. I feel great and highly recommend it 👍🏼👍🏼

Hi there. I feel tired for about 5 days and my BP is mosty 104/64 or 107/62. I do háve q question for how long can you wear those socks daily? I work 12hrs shifts.
Thank you thank you! I'm 38 years old now & I felt like I've been dismissed so many times by health professionals because it's something they cannot 'fix'. These are great coping mechanisms, esp when I feel light headed. Thank you so much. Really appreciate your video!
Omg this has happened to me as well where ive been dismissed by health professionals because its cannot be fixed. Im only 21 and ive had this problem all my life. its good to know its not just me.
Thanks so much, this information is really helpful. Im 30 years old, some time i feel dizzy and my dark circle eye very bad, and than my heatbeat go fast especially after drinking coffe. So before i watch this vidio i talk someting happen with my heart. So thank you so much for the information.

I collapsed with very low blood pressure. Cardiologist in ICU shouted at me for lying down he said your heart goes into rest mode you don't lie down, you stay active! And it will raise.
Movement actually helps raise low blood pressure. But everything needs to be done carefully, listening to yourself. We're so sorry you went through this.
Thank you agree with a lot of commenters. Seems like medical professionals are a bit stumped when blood pressure is low and don’t know how to “fix” it. Seems my sodium level was also too low.
Yes, we understand what you mean. Perhaps the reason for this attitude towards hypotension is due to the large number of underlying causes of this condition and often they require different treatments. Therefore, it is important to understand each individual case and select the correct treatment.
thank you for the tips. I am 22 years old and almost every day my blood pressure is 90/50. very difficult to live with because I always feel very light-headed.
Just had the same numbers the last couple of days and since my doctor knows that I have been dealing with low blood pressure for years he said it is best to go to a cardiologist. He thinks it may be a weak heart or enlargement of the heart. For years I was told to do workouts especially for legs, booty and abdominals. To eat salty food or something like liqorice, to drink broth. And take extra vitamine b1
Thank you for sharing this, it was very helpful! I am 29 and suddenly have low blood pressure. My doctor is very clueless about where it’s come from despite me having low iron… I think this may be the cause? He thinks my iron isn’t low enough to cause such low blood pressure. I wish people knew more about low blood pressure, as others say in the comments, it is very underrated! I hope you all stay safe, and feel better
Hey, I don't know much about blood pressure as I was just now diagnosed, but low BP and low Iron have A LOT of side effects in common. I have been deprived of iron for years (because my doctor said my levels were "good") and just last year I started taking Floradix(Hiiiighly recommended!) , I have never felt so rejuvenated in my life. Headaches almost gone, energy is higher than ever, don't feel like I have to sit even 10 minutes after doing housework. That was before getting pregnant the second time and realizing my blood pressure is 60/45 but hey maybe I'll try taking more iron😅
@gfiabane I’ve diagnosed with hashimoto’s back in 2018. My ferritin level is usually higher than normal and I avoid the red meat, then my BP drops down to 87/56. I’m so confused
Thank you for this my blood pressure is always sooo low!! I have trouble keeping motivated. I am shocking when it comes to eating food and drinking water. I drink too much coffee also also it's almost 11pm and I'm wide awake!!! I'm going to limit my intake to 1 coffee a day and drink more water as caffeine really is the culprit that makes me feel like I don't want to eat anything I think ... 🤦♀️
I was having dizzy spells/ feeling like I'm going to pass out. I've since quit smoking and drinking but my BP is still low. I will do these tips thank you!
I’m 49 and have always been around 90/60 but recently it’s gone down to 80/50 ever since I began to push myself harder at the gym. Going to try these suggestion to try to raise it. Also adding salt to my water. Thank you.
You can also change your diet. Consult a specialist about this. Also, always listen to yourself. Decreased heart rate and blood pressure are common among athletes.
Wow, great common sense advice. My elderly mother has this problem, we have seen numerous GPs and heart specialists and noone has given us such simple and effective advice. We're very very grateful. Warmest wishes from Down Under. Sharing with my fb friends accross the world.
I'm so glad I came across this page. I just found out I have been suffering from this low BP two years ago, and when I asked for the cure they said it doesn't have any but I was advised to be taking (soft drinks that has gas) alligator pepper to increase it. But I'm not seeing any impact. The highest BP I have gotten is 100/ something, the rest is 80± 90+ . Now I'm glad I have a way to help myself out. And to correct the habit of not eating on time till evening (pm ) and that might be once for that day. Most times I feel very dizzy, my eyes will be turning like I want to fall. I'm glad I found this page because I have no idea of the above mentioned.
Thank you for these helpfull informations , i'm 16 and i can barely exercice or walk for long time, and standing for so long make me feel dizzy , so i really hope one day i'll get better .(English is not my mother language so sorry if there's a mistake )

Hi there im 17 and whenever i get up from the bed and walk or just stand i get dizzy and feel to faint but goes away when i lay down and feel an band around my head do u have these symptoms?
I've always been told my low blood pressure is a good thing. 😍 As a kid, I used to pass out, if in a stressful situation or if I was too hungry. At 17, I started smoking cigs and realized I felt better after a cigarette. Imo the chemicals and nicotine in it raised my blood pressure enough to get me going again. I am 69 years old and quit smoking two years ago. I feel horrible...so tired, brain fog, no desire to do the things I used to love like painting, walking, laughing...living. I know it's from quitting, but I will never go back to smoking. God took it away and I can't disobey my Jesus. 😇Before I quit I lost 75 lbs. on Keto and felt great! I gained back 40 after quitting. 😞 The weight is not coming off. I developed a bad need for sweets after I quit. I only use artificial sweeteners. As a substitute for smoking I started eating crushed ice (Pica) with stevia and lemon extract. I started taking a little iron and the craving for ice went away. The artificial sweeteners may be causing insulin spikes and the weight gain and metabolic resistance. I am so tired of trying. I just don't know what to do. 🙏🙏🙏😞
We are very sorry that you are going through this difficult situation! But your determination amazes us! Your doctor may be able to help you deal with these health effects. We wish you good health! Take care, strong person!
That is terrible that you were self-medicating with cigarettes because all those decades doctors haven't taken low BP seriously. I feel your pain in that I also have had low BP, although it is in the normal range now that I'm older and have put on some extra pounds. I give a thumbs up to compression socks. Just discovered them, and they really help. I also feel much better after incorporating pink Himalayan salt and sea salt into my diet. Most people are mineral deficient and I believe can benefit greatly from switching over from regular table salt. I hope this helps and that you feel better soon.
Last week, I fainted and hit my head on the floor due to low blood pressure (I guess). I normally hv a low bp 90/55 or sth, and sudden change in position causes my dizziness. So thank you for the tips. And maybe take it slow when you need to get up if you share similar situation like me.
We are very sorry that you are experiencing this. We wish you good health! By the way, we have a video on what to do if blood pressure drops when changing body position: th-cam.com/video/3StVYqOC6aM/w-d-xo.html
Hello, thanks for your tips. I always get low blood pressure after a bowel movement. I get dizzy, fatigue, and pressure in my eyes . Any advice on this?
Often people need to tense their abdominal muscles and strain a bit during a bowel movement. This tends to stimulate the vagus nerve, which slows the heart rate. At the same time, blood flow back to the heart decreases, so blood pressure drops. This common issue isn’t something to worry about. But we understand that this can be very uncomfortable. Take deep breaths and allow that blood flow go back in your head. Don't get up abruptly. Wait a minute for blood circulation and heart rate to return to normal. Remember to eat a balanced diet to avoid constipation. We wish you good health!
This happened to me today. My stomach started aching I went to the bathroom but I can't poop. So i went back to my room dizzy, sweaty and cold and i hear ringings in my ear. At 1st I thought I'm having a high blood pressure but after taking a BP its 95/55 this is my first time having this kind of issue
Thanks so much for . Am 34 years from Uganda I have been having blood pressure for eight years but I don't know how things changed to find that now my blood pressure is too low 70/50 . I confirmed this when I went to the hospital. I feel fever at the same time sweating, very low heat beats at times I feel like my heart is stoping to breath. When I raise my feet I feel like my body is being shocked by electricity especially in my head. Please advise me. Is it possible for a person to change from hypertension to hypotension????
Very informative vid. Thanks to share. Plz tell what to do if a person with low blood pressure feeling strain in various body parts like Face, hands, arms, legs and feet?
We recommend that you consult a doctor. This may be a reaction to insufficient blood supply to body parts, or it may be a signal of a serious heart problem. Please don't delay your doctor visits. The specialist will conduct a full examination and ask clarifying questions that will help solve your problem. We wish you good health!
Very informative video.....I mostly have this problem of low b.p I do e every thing.......what I have to add in my diet to become active as well as to tackle with this problem

I have problems with low-bp since school days...i still have this, thank you for clearing the doubts, this is really helpful for me 👍 sorry if i wrote wrong english...😅
Thank you! Good question. As we age, the vascular system changes (heart and blood vessels). In the blood vessels, there's a reduction in elastic tissue in arteries, causing them to become stiffer and less compliant. - Orthostatic hypotension is known to affect the elderly more than younger people and could lead to an increase in falls and dangerous fractures. - Postprandial hypotension, that is a reduction in BP after meals, has been recognised as a common cause of syncope and falls in healthy and hypertensive elderly individuals. As you can see, in older people, hypotension, like hypertension, is also common. It all depends on the person. And in any case, you must definitely consult a doctor.
@@Paramedstore Thanks for your kind reply. It is helpful to me. I am an aged person (88) and suffer from fluctuating BP but with medication (Losartan Potassium 100mh) it is well controlled. Best wishes.
Thank you for the video! I’m just wondering if one day my blood pressure will go back to normal or if this will just be something I have to deal with for the rest of my life? I’ve had low blood pressure very severely for going on 6 years now.. some days are really bad, others not so much.. I try not to take for granted the moments I feel normal, but am always worried about when it will just come back again. Thank you!
We are glad that the video was helpful to you. Regarding your question, it all depends on the cause of your hypotension. We strongly recommend that you see a doctor. The causes of hypotension can range from trauma to vascular problems or even bacterial contamination. The pressure can be returned to normal. The main thing is to find out the reliable reason. To do this, please see a doctor and do not self-medicate. Take care of yourself!
Not to be pessimistic but my mom suffered from this for most of my life. At my late 20s I started having issues with it as well. I do feel like it's easier to live with than hypertension but you do have to be more intentional about what you eat & when. I use to eat smoothies with berries in the morning but berries lower my blood pressure so now I eat dinner for breakfast since my dinner tends to be more on the salty side, I also always try to stay hydrated & have a emergency Ramen noodles (the packets have a crazy amount of salt) just in case. Please don't play around with dieting to loose weight, I remember my mom fainting while on a diet. Do check with your doctor. I hope my long post helps.
Great channel and its so nice that u answer everyone in the comments! To that note, I do have a question aswell myself: what if I take anabolic steroids? Could that theoretically make my blood pressure more normal? My current stats are: blood pressure 105/55 almost always, also I have a bit low hemoglobin, I read that steroids make more red blood cells, so I'm asking is taking something like Dianabol potentially a good idea for people with low blood pressure and hemoglobin? Thx
Thank you for your comment! We are pleased that you trust us. Now about your question. We do not recommend prescribing treatment yourself. This also applies to anabolic steroids. There are other, safer drugs available to maintain blood pressure. Anabolic steroids can have a negative effect on many processes in the body. This can affect the condition of the liver, skin, vascular system and heart. They should be prescribed by a doctor, taking into account all possible risks. Please consult your doctor before taking this kind of medication. We also recommend an active lifestyle, balanced diet and good mental health. We often forget about this. We wish you good health! Take care of yourself!
Yes good strategy but not diamavol.. Trt will make better sustainable changes.. Check your levels. There is always a room to up it.. And low t may be the reason
@@SergiyMichael Sadly it was not the reason, everything came back within good range from the blood work! So my advice to people with low blood pressure (from experience) would be: either take anabolic steroids that will for sure increase ur blood pressure, or maybe there is still an unknown herb that u may be can find on our planet. 😀😀
This point is about how to deal with low blood pressure immediately. That is, if a person feels bad, apart from other things, he needs to drink a glass of water. In general, you are right to drink about 2 liters of water a day to avoid dehydration and other problems. Thank you for your comment!
When you feel like you're dying, maybe you feel dizzy but mostly you feel a panic, it's hard to accept, but like with me it could be that's it's the realization what you've believed to be yóu, isn't real, it's just your personality which you have identified with your whole life, and the real you is just consciousness, being. When your personality kind of 'dies' it feels like you're dying, you feel scared and like you are losing control, losing grip on reality. But in fact you are experiencing the real you without the filter of your personality. My advice is to accept this feeling, trust in the process, integrate this new feeling which may makes you uneasy, and know that this is the higher you that you are experiencing, for which you can be grateful, and maybe learn to enjoy this new 'state' in which you are not, or less so, looking through a lens of your personality structure and seeing things more as they really are. I recommend learning about your personality and seeing how you have boxed yourself in so that you can let go of it and be a fuller, more complete human being by looking into the Enneagram. My best advice is to listen to the audiobook "The Enneagram" by Russ Hudson on Audible and/or reading the e-book or physical book "Wisdom Of The Enneagram (The Complete Guide to Psychological and Spiritual Growth for the Nine Personality Types)" by Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson. It will blow your mind and you will recognize your habits and go-to coping mechanisms, and ultimately, by catching yourself in the moment, be set free of the automatic responses and become more free and wise, to choose your actions consciously instead of being 'forced' by your personality. It will take some work and letting go of your ego, but it will be well worth it!
Thank you so much for this video. As someone who just recently realized the severeness of my own hypotension symptoms (with 96/53 mmHg), the information provided in this video is so helpful. Can I ask a question related to the increase of sodium intake? Although it supposes to increase your blood pressure, there is also a fear from my side that the harm that high sodium diet can do to you would take place. Could you elaborate on this a bit more, please?
We are glad that the video is useful for you! You are right about the sodium intake. Experts usually recommend limiting salt because it can raise blood pressure, sometimes dramatically. For people with low blood pressure, however, that can be a good thing. We're talking about taking salt as a first aid for a drop in blood pressure. An increase of salt will cause some vasoconstriction* and reduce the amount of venous pooling (extra blood that collects in the veins) in the legs. Salt will also expand your blood volume by retaining fluids in the venous circulatory system and preventing a drop in your blood pressure. But too much sodium can lead to heart failure, especially in older adults. Ask a health expert to know more about how much salt is safe for you in a day, if you have low blood pressure. A salt intake of less than 5 grams (approximately 2g sodium) per person per day is recommended by WHO for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Salt can increase blood pressure. But in the daily diet, it is still necessary to control its content.
I used to have high BP but now have sudden onset low blood pressure, it was 79/42 while taking BP meds, now it sits around 90/55 with a pulse below 60, I never have a high pulse with my low BP.
Sometimes my lower legs feel like they are having their circulation cut off. I know I have low blood pressure, do you think this could also be a side affect? My vision also goes black when I stand up often and my muscles go weak when I stand, one time I fainted.
Yes, it may be related. Orthostatic hypotension is a condition in which your blood quickly drops when you stand up from a sitting or lying position. This low blood pressure (also called postural hypotension) can make you feel dizzy or faint. Orthostatic hypotension treatments include: Lifestyle changes. Your doctor may suggest several lifestyle changes, including drinking enough water; drinking little to no alcohol; avoiding overheating; elevating the head of your bed; avoiding crossing your legs when sitting; and standing up slowly.
Not entirely true. Increased amount of sugar in food can cause hypertension. Research also suggests that eating less sugar can help lower blood pressure. Actually, excess blood sugar decreases the elasticity of blood vessels. This can lead to a reduced supply of blood and oxygen, increasing the risk of blood pressure disorders. Therefore, both hypertensive and hypotensive need to control the amount of sugar.
Hi doctor . I’ve been suffering from low blood pressure for a while ,I can’t sleep because my blood pressure is too low , therefore my heart beats too slow .any tips on how to solve this problem?
Hello! I'm sorry to hear that. Follow the advice in the video and see a doctor. Low blood pressure often accompanies other illnesses. You need to see a specialist.
i’m 22 and just had hypotension in the shower yesterday. it mostly happens in when i’m the shower because i always shower with the hottest water. thanks for the tips!
It’s okay. The main thing is not to drink coffee during a critical drop in blood pressure, at a time when you are very dizzy, heart palpitations and you may lose consciousness. And if you drank coffee at this time, then drink water to compensate for the loss of water in the body. Rely on your feelings. Caffeine is useful for hypotension, but not during the speeded heart palpitations and dizziness. We wish you good health! :)
Actually my father around 45 of age. He fainted in the bathroom last night due to low bp , he just got blackout and his upper and lower jaws were getting joined slowly at that situation we just confused what to do and what not to. Would u pls tell me if we face this situation again then what to do exact and get him recovered?
I hope your father is doing well. Next time (hope this doesn't happen again) you should seek immediate medical attention. If you have not yet consulted a doctor about this, be sure to contact. Acute hypotension can usually be treated successfully. The underlying cause, on the other and, may require extensive treatment and the care of a specialist cardiologist, neurologist, or endocrinologist. It is important to remember: The treatment of acute hypotension varies based on the underlying cause. If the condition is not a medical emergency, you should either sit or lie down immediately and raise your feet above heart level. If you are dehydrated, you should replenish lost fluids and seek immediate medical attention if the symptoms are severe. We wish you and your family good health!
I'm 23 and I feel lightheaded, weak and confused at some point everyday. Standing for long periods makes me feel weak..when I feel weak my arms and legs start feeling cold..and I've realised i feel the same way when exposed to heat or sunlight. Does it still fall under low blood pressure or could it be associated with dehydration?
This is very similar to hypotension. Dehydration can be ruled out or confirmed by drinking enough water for several days. Watch yourself when you are drinking enough water. By the way, hypotension that occurs during prolonged standing may be associated with blood vessels. Water can help make the blood flow more fluid. This means that the blood can more easily move up the body when you are standing. And it is very important for you to eat enough healthy food, engage in physical activity and drink water. If this lasts a long time, then be sure to see a doctor. Hypotension is often accompanied by some kind of disease. Thanks for asking. We wish you good health!
Need to drink more water. Also could be lack of electrolytes. Take a pinch of Celtic salt under the tongue full of minerals. See how you feel. Also check your iron levels. Go to Dr have them run your vitamin and mineral . this was my experiences. Not a doctor.
@@douglasfapp9816 Thanks a lot sir. And yes today I drank more water than I normally do and I was able to stand for a longer period of time. And when I don't feel well a pinch of salt makes me feel better. But yes, I'll be sure to get those checked by a doctor. Thanks again
Hey doc, I am from india and i am 30 years old, Many times during work out or cycling my heartbeat start to beat very fast and my body start to sweat a lot also while sweating i feel dizziness and feels like my body is dropping blood pressure, what to do to avoid this type of situations? p. s it occurs very randomly and i am unprepared
Hi, Aakash! I'm sorry that you have to endure this. I ask you very much to see a doctor. The reasons for your health condition can depend on various factors. And you need to find out the real reason. Please do not self-medicate and take care of yourself!
You are absolutely right. But it is also known that coffee can cause an increase in heart rate in some people. And this, during a sharp drop in blood pressure, can cause even more discomfort. Therefore, at the moment when the pressure has dropped a lot and you feel very dizzy, we recommend drinking black tea. And if you have a predisposition to hypotension, coffee is a good solution. And also, if you know how your body reacts to coffee, that is, the heartbeat remains normal, you can drink coffee during a sharp drop in pressure. Always listen to yourself
Wow , this is extremely helpful I'm quite literally doing the opposite. I know I have blood pressure, and I'm on meds. But no prescription seems to work ,we have to keep changing it due to me becoming imune to the pills extremely fast and has costed me a fortune. Luckely I have time based OCD I can,lol already did creat a time schedule for everything. Thank you so much.

Im watching this as i almost passed out this morning as my blood pressure dangerously dropped 64/47!!! It went up to 72/54 but its kind stuck there with no other symptoms except for sleepiness. Why my blood pressure wony go up?
We are very sorry that you went through this. The causes of hypotension can be very different. Most often, low blood pressure is a symptom of another condition or disease. It is very difficult to say why your blood pressure is not rising. Perhaps you just need rest, or perhaps treatment. The doctor will be able to tell you this for sure after the examination.
Thsnks for this video. I am 39 and have been trying to tell my doctors that I have low blood pressure but I have white coat effect so whenever they check it it is around 130/75. When I check at home it is generally 118/45. I tell them this but they still arent too fussed and dont seem worried. I feel Iike this needs to be looked into more though
It's a shame you didn't get a close examination by your doctor. The difference between systolic and diastolic pressure is outside the normal range. We recommend you watch our video about pulse pressure and mean arterial pressure: th-cam.com/video/RegLQKqhocY/w-d-xo.html You can measure the pressure at home and write the results in a notebook (if your device does not remember the measurements), and then come to the doctor with this. You can also check your pressure measuring device to see if it is working properly. Wish you good health!

P.S. yes, low iron levels in the blood can cause hypotension
Get your thyroid checked, I have Hashimoto’s and have to take ferritin (iron) and have hypotension. I hope you feel better..

Superb,outstanding video on hypotension.
Thank you!
Helpful straightforward informatiion. How does old age affect hypotension?

*Water intake suggested 300 ml ( **1:31** minute). Is it correct? Water Consumption should be around 2500ml/3000 ml a day.*
Thanks for taking time to type all that.
Everyone needs to check their lab work before adding sodium. I have low blood pressure but I already have high sodium so I cant add sodium.
I used to have high BP but now have sudden onset low blood pressure, it was 79/42 while taking BP meds, now it sits around 90/55 with a pulse below 60, I never have a high pulse with my low BP.
It will be better for you if you talk to your doctor about this. It may be necessary to adjust the dose of the drug or make other changes.
@@Paramedstore I have just told me stop bp meds which I have and BP/pulse is still low I guess this is my new normal thanks for replying

Is it true that too much eating of sugary foods also leads to low blood pressure?

Did you resolve this at all? Thank you. 🙏
Excellent advise!!! Thank you!!
Happy to help!
i’m 22 and just had hypotension in the shower yesterday. it mostly happens in when i’m the shower because i always shower with the hottest water. thanks for the tips!
We're glad it's useful to you! Take care!
Yo... this happened to me on May 1, 2023. 😭😭😭😭
Does the hot water lowers BP?
Best paramed on net so intelligent and useful presntation thanks a lot

Me having low blood pressure and came to see this video while drinking coffee... 1:45...😶
Very useful and easily understood thanks so much
Glad it's helpful! Thank you!
It is important to remember:
The treatment of acute hypotension varies based on the underlying cause. If the condition is not a medical emergency, you should either sit or lie down immediately and raise your feet above heart level. If you are dehydrated, you should replenish lost fluids and seek immediate medical attention if the symptoms are severe.
We wish you and your family good health!
Well done very informative & understandable.it was in a very easy/in a sample words for getting it properly Allah bless you and your family ameen

@@Paramedstore Thank you for the insight. Keep up the good work! 😊
Need to drink more water. Also could be lack of electrolytes. Take a pinch of Celtic salt under the tongue full of minerals. See how you feel. Also check your iron levels. Go to Dr have them run your vitamin and mineral . this was my experiences. Not a doctor.
@@douglasfapp9816 Thanks for sharing your experience!
@@douglasfapp9816 Thanks a lot sir. And yes today I drank more water than I normally do and I was able to stand for a longer period of time. And when I don't feel well a pinch of salt makes me feel better. But yes, I'll be sure to get those checked by a doctor. Thanks again
I'm very grateful that i found your channel

Hey doc, I am from india and i am 30 years old, Many times during work out or cycling my heartbeat start to beat very fast and my body start to sweat a lot also while sweating i feel dizziness and feels like my body is dropping blood pressure, what to do to avoid this type of situations?
p. s it occurs very randomly and i am unprepared
Hi, Aakash! I'm sorry that you have to endure this. I ask you very much to see a doctor. The reasons for your health condition can depend on various factors. And you need to find out the real reason. Please do not self-medicate and take care of yourself!
Hi have u checked ur blood sugar when this happens
It was very helpful thanks a lot
No problem! We're glad it's helpful!
bro, coffee always helps raise low blood pressure. it's been known for decades, come on now.
Glad it's helpful to you! Wish you good health :)

23 years and just found out BP around 60% :( .
The colder I get the more fever 🤒it creates. It's not an excuse but finally found the reason why I always get delayed in daily routines.
Having fever for 3 days continuous.
Please recommend what to eat and what to not?
Thanks, don’t listen to the critics.
Thank you so much!
I take hot baths & didn’t know that could cause low pressure - or make it worse - but I have noticed at times that I do feel a little weak & tired when getting out of the bath -
A hot bath is very unlikely to cause much harm to your health, but it is likely to make your symptoms worse for a while. That's why we warn about this in the videos.
Take care of yourself!

The doctor will be able to tell you this for sure after the examination.
very well explained and easily understood.
We're glad you liked it!
We recommend you watch our video about pulse pressure and mean arterial pressure: th-cam.com/video/RegLQKqhocY/w-d-xo.html
You can measure the pressure at home and write the results in a notebook (if your device does not remember the measurements), and then come to the doctor with this. You can also check your pressure measuring device to see if it is working properly.
Wish you good health!
I have the same problem with the white syndrome I took my blood pressure monitor in to show them my readings they gave me anxiety medication came home from the doctor and about passed out with pain in my and severe headache after it went up doctors think I am losing my mind
Thank you this will help me understand.
