But to feel the same type of nostalgia I had for classic amazing RPGs for a game that is newer, (and played not that long ago) is crazy! I mean I haven’t played RPGs that were really amazing like the classics in years, they don’t seem to be built with the same stuff. Besides dq11 of course, and I played xenoblade chronicles 1 DE recently and that was a really good game but sure enough, that was from around 2010. I just hadn’t got around to it until now. I feel some nostalgia for my time playing that 2 years ago, but it’s nothing like the nostalgia from dq11. Sorry for the long comment! And I’m not trying to say that new games aren’t good, in fact I’m hoping you can tell me about one that’s really good. Tales of arise was pretty good, and the new Star ocean, but those weren’t as good as the old tales/star ocean games too
@@DarkMoon-GS you should use Japanese voice when you have retranslation mod from the original game because a localization ver has change many things from the OG ver
Such an amazing game and I love this town theme!!! It really takes me back to the fantastic time I had on this journey. I’m so sad it’s over 😔. Maybe I’ll come back to it one day and it will have just as much meaning to me then 😊

We have the extended one, but that extended one was torn down due to copyright infringement by Square Enix, Square Enix, if you see my comment, bring back the extended dragon quest xi extended songs back! We need that one for adventures!

It also plays in Gallopolis, Gondolia, Octagonia, Puerto Valor (Act 1 and Act 3, after Sylvando's reunion with his dad it changes to Sylvando's Parade Theme) and Sniflheim (the latter after the fight with Krystalinda). This song plays even before you enter Heliodor, during the beginning of the game (In Dundrasil before it's fall).

I was terrified when I heard this in Gallopolis. The last thing I wanted was to hear Prince Faris of all people call the Luminary a "Darkspawn"

I never played this game. But this song is SO beautiful that I want to! It also feels pretty nostalgic.
