Thanks Johnny! Your vid's are awesome. I've spent hours upon hours watching vids on bho, dry sifting, pollen extractors etc and Johnny's vids are always so much better than all the others.
Pollen extractors, like the one you made in this vid, sell for close to or over $1000 in Australia. (We're so far behind in regards to extracts etc over here) Hydro shops can be such a rip off.
I'll make something like this myself and save $1000

You could use a gold panning screen set. they fit a bucket. They sell them in all different mesh sizes.
You could use a wahl hiar trimmer to vibrate the screen. Just touch the moving part on the frame. That S with dance accross the screen.
You could Freeze fresh sugar leaves. If you don't have easy access to dry ice. You could keep them in the freezer until it gets below zero outside and to run that. The leaf stays solid and the clear break off.
I am not knocking you'r build you did a great job! I love it!
Just a tip for someone not as skilled as you and can't have that sitting around. As gold panning and hair trimming is normal stuff to have around.

Sweet video! I ordered a yard of 120 micron screen a week ago before seeing this video. My plan is very similar. I will use wood slats instead of the steel rods. This will save sewing the screen as I can staple screen right to the slat. I was going to use an electric drill but after your video I will use a bbq rottisery. I also will run drive rod right through center. This will make hanging it simpler for me. With a smaller door off centered. I am also planning it to fit in a large chest freezer. I seen another commenter mention that as well. Almost forgot I figure on hand shaking kief through the smaller micron bubble bags after. Enjoyed watching! Thanks

The silkscreen can be done another way so you don't have to take out the cylinder to fill/empty it: put velcro on the edges of two wood discs and on the edges of your silkscreen. Where the silkscreen meets itself after one revolution you put a line of velcro spanning between the two wood discs, half on each side of the silkscreen. This lets you open the cylinder (like opening a big cylindrical bbq) without having to take it out of the bin. The benefit is you don't get any mess on the floor until you are ready to clean out the whole tumbler.

I think maybe using wood as the support beams through it would be best as then you could have the wood stick out right to the edge where you could then stretch and staple to that centre section as well getting the screen fully taunt as you would see on commercially made units
Edit - seen the second part about it now lol that way that you have is actually really cool idea for stretching too!!

Good information. But this video could've been done in 10 minutes if he didn't get absolutely roasted before hand.

Great video showing what to do/how to make a tumbler.
The only advice I have is maybe try not to ramble about some of the info that is not necessary as it makes the video kind of hard to not want to fast forward through while watching
