I do use both. I have straight hair so I use more the ceramic ones to have waves, curls, things like that but when I want very slick and smooth, I sometimes use the natural ones. I find that my hair is way more curly and stays like this longer with ceramic.
great video, very informative especially for someone like me who is new to brushes i live in singapore, so it is hard to find certain overseas products. this vid gives me a lot to think about
Thank you for this. I have always used hair straightener just to make my life easier but it’s very damaging. So I want to try to blow dry my hair with a hair brush. 😬
I do my best to list everything in the description. Not all the brushes have measurements and they’re usually hard to find. If you look in the links they’re there :)
Let us just say, if you are entering your 50s, the hair may be thinning at the temples. Don’t use high heat & tug too hard. You must preserve what hair is actually there. I also take & spray a good biotin.
Hello!! I'm new to hair and I was just wondering if you needed to use heat if you wanted the hair to curl?? I already have 3a hair so could I just use the cool setting on my blow dryer and the brush and would it curl??
Very informative video Thanks Lina!!! I always pay close attention to all your hair tips and info!!! ❤️
Aw thank you! Happy New Year :)
Seeing the demo with all hair lengths was so useful! Thank you

Exactly, round brushing is easier on the hair than flat ironing!
Would you say that straighteners and hot styling brushes (like revlon or other styling brushes) are equally damaging?
@@robyt9542 Yup!
Nice video, I would have liked just the measurements of the brushes, like the 2 inch or the 34mm. thanks,

Yes you need heat :)
Thoughts on the GHD round brushes?
Why did you choose the NanoThermic vs the Thermal ceramic + ion ? :)
just the tension?
Are ceramic brushes the same as aluminum brushes? I've only found aluminum ones
Ceramic are professional and leave the hair smooth. Check the links in the description for them
Which would you recommend for smooth and volumenous blow drying
All of them!!

What’s the size of the Olivia garden brush at 3:16?
Hi! It's 1 3/4"
Plz recommend a brush I can buy from Walmart
I wouldn't recommend anything from Walmart. They are usually poorly made and don't do anything for the hair.
What size is the Moroccan Oil brush shown? I don't see a link in the description
Found it! amzn.to/3b7DMup
It's #25
I hate this olivia garden ceramic brush. It caught my long hair always at thecrim of the shaft and the brush and pulled them out😥
Was the brush too small? It's possible the hair was also not fully dry.
Love from india
