Hi Bella I am new to crocheting and it's was hard to learn because everyone that crocheted were right handed so I was happy to find your videos and that they were for left handed people. Your video was at the right speed and you explained it and didn't just rush through it . Thanks for making your videos
You sure do beautiful work and your voice and speed are wonderful too, you are so great at explaining your work step by step. I am new at all this even though I have crocheted at times, far apart, for a long long time. Thank You so much for being You. Hope I can spend more time learning how to really crochet.
I saw your video last night . Do you know , I could not close my eyes . I was excited I waited for next morning to try this . Thank you very much . I made this for the top of my cell phone bag.
I love the pattern I think it is so pretty I love how you do the little flowers thanks for sharing your work with all of us I am stay at home mom and grandmother so I don't get out much so I always try to find differen things to make so thank you for you pattern and the video
Hello Bella, thank you so much for the two videos on the tulip stitch. I’m a subscriber and never miss any of your wonderful tutorials. Yours is the best of all the other videos on this stitch. Could you kindly do the border for this video? It will be very helpful 🌷. Thank you so much.
This look beautiful. I can't wait to try it. I too would like to know what boarder might suit this project without over powering the flowers. Your tutorials are perfect thank you so much.
I LOVE this, thank you bunches! Could you share what colors you used? Forgive me if you mentioned them and I missed it. Thank you again, I really can't wait to get started!
Thank you 😊 You may find that the gaps are slightly too large for a cushion cover as the inside of the cushion will show through. If this doesn’t bother you then you could absolutely use it for a cover.
Great tutorial! Thank you! One thing I'm getting stuck on if you can explain please - I get 27 single crochet every time I do the first cream row after the tulip (row 4). Is it 28 including the chain 1 just after the end of row 3 (the tulips row)? So I would get 28 single crochets in row 5 if I also work in that chain 1?
You're welcome 😊 You can find the written pattern here which might help you: www.yarnspirations.com/red-heart-flowers-in-a-row-blanket/RHC0502-021308M.html - when working single crochets you don't count the chain one as a stitch. Are you making sure to work into the top of the chain three from the previous row?
@@bellacococrochet thank you for responding. Thats very kind of you to take the time. Reading the pattern, if I was doing a swatch of just two flowers: I would start with a foundation chain of 6 plus 2 for turning. For Row 2 I would have 6 single crochet + a single crochet in the turning chain (7). For row 3 (leaves) I would have a 1 chain 3, 2 sets of double crochet v stitches and 1 double crochet. For row 4 I would have 1 chain 3. 1 cluster, 2 chains, 1 cluster, 1 double crochet. When I come to row 4. I get #1 single crochet (between the chain 3 and cluster), #1 single crochet in the first cluster, #2 single crochets in the chain space, #1 single crochet in the second cluster, #1 single crochet in the double crochet from row 3. That equals 6. But I should have 7. And I can't figure out from the written pattern where that 7th single crochet should go. Sorry this is a long message.
I have been crocheting for a long time but I'm clueless as to what I'm doing wrong..started with 15 tulips and now have 13 it's just a doll blanket or I would have ripped it all out. After the cluster stitch and I do the white I'm somehow losing stitches going from 42 down to like 38. I just keep adding stitches but wonder if anyone else is having this issue🤔
I think it could help if you crochet a small sample piece to begin with so you can figure out where you are going wrong. The pattern should be worked in multiples of three plus two for turning, so if you start with a fairly small chain and then make sure to count the stitches after each row. You can also find the written pattern here: www.yarnspirations.com/gb/red-heart-flowers-in-a-row-blanket/RHC0502-021308M.html 😊
Hi, I am going to try this pattern for a baby blanket, what are the increments for the chain stitch some I know you do 12 & add 3 for this do you just make sure it's an even number or is it an odd number, I can't remember if it was 160 or 167.
Bella, I want to use this tulip stitch in a knee sock but since I am working from the to down I need to do the flower part first and then the green. is this possible? if so can you guide me with some directions? Please & thank you!
+Yvonne Pierce Hi, I don't think you will be able to do the pattern in reverse as the stitches won't come out the same. Sorry, I'm not sure what you would do for that xx
Hi Bella, Katie here Do you have a boarder tutorial video for the sides of this pattern, if so does it go all the way around this project and could please show it ?Thanks Katie.....
Beautiful! I'd love to work a row of flowers like this as a border to a little baby dress but as you work a rests from top to bottom, the flowers would be upside down :( If you think of a way of getting around this, I'd really appreciate a suggestion xx

Chrystal York Hi, I used stylecraft special DK in Fondant, Wisteria, spring green and cream x
Thanks
Beautiful 🤗🤗🤗
süper bir teknik bayıldım.
what is this tulip design a multiple of? if you can tell us this, we can adjust ours to desired size. thank you.
Hi I love this blanket and and video and was wondering if it could easily be made smaller than the 169 chains? Again I love your videos. Thank you!
Katie Medina Yes you can make it any size you like :) x
Beautiful. Would this be an OK stitch to use to make a pillow/cushion cover?
Thank you 😊 You may find that the gaps are slightly too large for a cushion cover as the inside of the cushion will show through. If this doesn’t bother you then you could absolutely use it for a cover.
If I wanted to do a simple border could I work it over my ends without having to sew them in?
Very nicer

Can I make granny square using the same excat pattern?
Is it three or four rows of double crochet between tulip and stem?
There are four rows of double crochet between each set of tulips 😊
There's a tutorial on you tube for the whole blanket with an amazing border if anyone's interested
I'm trying to make this blanket but I'm having trouble with it 😁😩
I’m glad I’m not the only one. I need a clearer picture of each end to see where stitches are placed but fingers are in the way.
Hi Bella, Katie here Do you have a boarder tutorial video for the sides of this pattern, if so does it go all the way around this project and could please show it ?Thanks Katie.....

Why does your finished sample seem to be wider at the bottom compared to the top?
This is exactly what happened to me making a doll blanket started with 15 tulips now down to 13

Create the border separately, and attach it to the bottom of the dress.
The music was super random 🤣🎼🎶

Hello!
What yarn weight did you use?
