CIO - Creating the Neutral Animation

- The CIO is a six-legged Cog Boss who oversees the Techbots. This video displays how the neutral animation for the CIO was made. (Playrate is 2x speed)
The original footage was recorded on December 14, 2017. The CIO was part of an old project that will not be completed.

I think I adore the setting for the techbots in general. They have a lot of creative potential, unlike other cog departments that Ive seen from other private servers like Boardbots or Politibots. Techbots simply have a setting that no other department fulfills.

I heard they redesigned the Techbots. Honestly, I think I prefer the regular Techbot designs.

The concept art for the head and torso was created by someone who used to work for ODS. I wanted a fresh take on a Cog Boss, so I decided to change up lower part. It's fitting for the CIO to have spider legs since they travel on the world wide "web". The Boss Cogs have literal representations of their physical appearance based on their line of work, so I tried to follow that style for the CIO.

iirc Chief Information Officer. He was going to be the boss of the Techbots in the ToonTown private server Operation Dessert Storm but it's been years and it sadly seems he may never be released
