    That's all very well. Nice houses but no electricity. South Africa is a third world country. Thanks to Nelson Mandela and his buddies .

      Stop politics and focus on the topic. We do know governments are not efficient, wealthy people dont need state to survive. Most of these houses are off grid if not aware, no electricity issues.
