Beautiful home, but remember there is a Huge difference between "Asking price" and "Sold price". If it sold for R200 Million only then it will be South Africa's most expensive home, because someone actually paid R200 Million for the house. Asking price means nothing. There is a thing called (Dop) Drastic overpricing, its used by many sellers in the bid to attract high end buyers. Sadly though these homes usually sits on the market for many years without any interest at all. At present there are quite a few homes on the SA market for sale between R60 Million to R170 million that are drastically overpriced and many of them have been on the market more than 5 years, some even as long as 8 years. Its true what "they say" Every mans home is his castle. Everyone knows when your home for sale is overpriced. Still its a true masterpiece, hope it sells
