@@StevenNdukwu I bet you haven't been to South Africa yet, well Since you are coming here next to review and explore our properties, you'll understand what Iam talking about. The architecture and town planning is very simillar. Namibia and other Southern African countries use South Africa as a benchmark, when it comes to architecture, infrastructure, recreational facilities and other amenities....so, it's all very Similar. Namibia is also culturally linked to South Africa by history, as Namibia was part of South Africa, so, the same political and socio economic situation in South Africa mirrors that of Namibia.
@@nelsonsibiya9204 Namibia doesn't use SA as a benchmark for architecture. The only town that resemble South Africa is Walvis Bay and towns in the north, the rest have German architecture.
@@eberhard1991 I understand that Namibia is heavily influenced by German architecture, particularly the old german style colonial buildings, however the modern Architecture as showcased by the video, has heavy influence of something that you could find in Cape Town, Durban or PE. Iam not frying to belittle Namibia nor limit it's capabilities, however, Iam just trying to point out, that South Africa as the regional hegemon, plays a significant role in the shaping of the region, whether it be political, cultural, architectural or economic.
Wow Namibia is absolutely beautiful. I love the scenery and wonderful landscape. Your video are always charming and this perfectly make me dream of visiting Namibia.

@@theostanley2239 Luxury hill is not a gated community niether is it an estate and you havent mentioned Ludwigsdoft, avis, elisienhiem, omeya golf estate finkisien estate and many more which is located behind Klien Windheok where even more wealthier people live
@@theostanley2239 Swakopmund is not an ESTATE either, a whole town and it's on the list.. So don't try and justify the video title
Even Auas Brick should be the topest...
I'm shocked that Ausblick isn't on the list
This episode is more explicit than all video ever published about Namibian property sector 👍
Thanks
Thank You Steven for Showcasing my country.
I stayed in Eros, Klein Windhoek, Rocky Crest, Hockland Park close to Old Location Windhoek West, Olympia.....l miss Namibia
That's great. Where are you from bro?
That's nice.
Steven and Tayo are the kings of filmmaking
I have heard it is a very very clean place. I would love to visit it one day.
Thank you Steven for your good quality videos about Namibia, I have been watching most of your video's clips. I am a very proud Namibian and I feel you should come back and take another videos about the richest estates in Namibia, there is more to what you have just shown, the best and top world class mansions are found in Ausblick (Windhoek), Langstrand and Mile 4 in Swakopmund, we have Avis, Ludwig and Olympia too and many more..Namibia is very rich and got so much to expose to the world, we have been hidden for so long. I would love to meet you once you come back. Continue the good work for African continent. I love Banana Island in Nigeria.
After watching this am in love with Namibia 🇳🇦 🙌🏼🍾
That was the plan, did you watch the travel video?
I am a South African and I can say that this is very beautiful, I am considering to work in Namibia and other African countries when the opportunity presents itself. I loved the houses but the issue is they are too identical.
Thanks for this! This is what I wanted to see about Namibia. I'm South African, and considering moving to Namibia if my country decides to go down the toilet due to its current political climate. I'll try and visit the country at some point to get a feel for it before I decide to commit to anything.
Omo Namibia is beautiful, always thought of it as some desert nation with little development..this is beautiful fr..I'm amazed by the road network
This country is so beautiful ❤️
Namibia is absolutely beautiful. The landscape is on another level. I can't wait to visit. Thanks for sharing, Steve. I am getting addicted to your channel.
You just made me put Namibia on my list of dream vacations. Thanks for this eye opener, all the way from 🇿🇦
Thanks for watching
I hope you are still visiting my sister from sa
Am really impressed 👏, the pictures are of high quality 👌. Namibia is indeed a place to chill and relax 😌
❤wow as a kenyan Namibia is beautiful
Im from Namibia. I even stay in Klein Windhoek. But there is a neighborhood in Windhoek which is more expensive. That neighborhood is undisputedly the most expensive in the city as well as the country. Its name is AUSBLICK.
However you can't send drones and take footage of it because the State House of the President of Namibia is in Ausblick..
Exactly...
Agreed
Yip, I live in Ausblik a few meters from the state house
@@sylviouslubasi5392 what do you do if you don’t mind me asking?
@@qwerty1994ize The person said he lived in Ausblik, and you want to find out what does he do......really 🤫🤔
I really enjoyed watching this. The landscaping in Namibia is impeccable. I can see a city masterplan that’s being followed judiciously. Awesome video Steve 👍
Thanks for watching
I'm shocked my own country looks this beautiful....🇳🇦🇳🇦
😅😅 owati?
Namibia is basically South Africa, yet on a smaller scale. Beautiful country.
Yep white built, dominated, and owned. Some of the worse inequality on Earth.
Hmm, how so?
South West Africa, Namibia🇳🇦 💖 my neighbors love from South Africa🇿🇦
South West Africa died in 1990. It has been Namibia ever since. That name invokes bad memories.

I agree watching from cape Town township south Africa it's beautiful
Amazing stuff! I’m so much in love with Namibia 🇳🇦. Thanks Steve for the great work.
Thank you
I am also. Feel like a having tour there one day
Hello from Canada, Steven. Excellent report. All the best to you! Cheers.
Kudos for making great content, you really know your stuff. Southern African region seems well developed than the rest of Africa, sparsely populated, good infrastructure and the most peaceful and fastest developing region in Africa I'd say the racial diversity of southern Africa also is a positive. You bring positivity to anything you do. Namibia is very beautiful. I like the roads and how serene it looks. Well done. Namibia is amazing!!!!
Thanks for watching
Namibia is home to all Africans. Every African is welcome to the land of the brave Namibia 🇳🇦🇳🇦🇳🇦❤
Nonsense, they don’t appreciate good things. Look at how they dirtied the country with their street vendors habit. All good clean, people who can respect and appreciate the country are welcome so long as they respect the country’s laws, culture, people and everything Namibian.
@@ingridhoneycutt426 you’re just everywhere with your negative comments.. What’s going on with you??? It’s okay for non-Africans/europeans to settle in Namibia 🇳🇦 but not okay for your fellow Africans?
@@saintdamiThat's the colonial mental mentality of most Africans; they love white masters more than their own fellas

Namibia is very safe and has good service delivery. We don't really have a gated estate culture. Most people just buy free standing house.
