👩🏻🍳炸過的剩油如果不是用兩次以上或多次反覆使用的剩油，其實是可以用於烹飪的。。。也盡量用小鍋來油炸，避免剩油過多。。經過幾次油炸的油就不要了。。 將舊報紙浸入廢油，待紙張吸盡油脂，丟入垃圾桶/準備一只漏斗和空牛奶紙盒，將油倒入紙盒裡，扭緊盒蓋後丟棄👌🏻
