Kinich and his (Self-proclaimed) All Mighty Dragonlord Ajaw seem like a really fun pair. The grappling hook, the pixel explorations… yeah I’m pulling for sure. (Besides, 11 months since the last male 5star. It’s time for some variety.)

Misconceptions, He doesnt have circke impact. He can movr back and forth. His radius can be smaller than bennet radius meaning he will always be in the circle His burt and E have good aoe. Enough to hit 2 or 3 targets at once. Especially his burst. He can be played in teams with just Thoma then essentialy any support you want. E.g kinich Thomas xingqui/yelan bennet/zhongli Kinich Thoma zhongli fischls Kinich Thoma fischls Emilie Even eithout thoma he has options Kinich bennet xiangling flex Classic bennet furina kazuha team Kinich Emilie dehya Kinich dehya xingqui/yelan If you're worried about not having double dendro for him, you can just use any dendro character you have on deepwood, but emilie will bbe the best Also you don't havr to use double dendro with him. Yiu can use his artifact set on anyone. For example kazuha, in kazuha bennet furina. Kszuha burst will maintain res shred and buff furina but no vv. Kinich is main dps so he is priority. Plus kazuha grrouping. Another example is zhongli teams. If not zhongli theree is C4 kirara. Finally thing is that kinich is the only high mobility range character. Wanderer generally doesn't move when he is attacking. Neuv moves at walking speed. Lyney slow, ganyu slow, yoimiya can't move. Yae has to stand still to attack. Fischls is off field dps. Emilie is also off field. Etc etc kinich is first that moves at sprinting level and at a range, meaning it is hard to hit him for enemies, especially none bosses, meaning there is likelyness you dont need a shiekd with him or even a healr at that.
Kinich E is not entirely a single target, it has a bit small aoe. You can also do quickburn team (electro+dendro+pyro).Id gonna go with Kinich, Emilie, Yae and Deyha
I have never pulled charas for meta. Kinich is coming home. Might pull his weapon too because getting Raiden's weapon isn't bad either. Besides, I've only ever gotten Xiao's weapon (he's my fav :3 ).
What I hate about the recent dendro characters is the fact that they all rely on Xiangling. Why? Because Xiangling is the ONLY Pyro sub dps, and this makes them lack team variety
To be honest he doesn’t need Xiangling and she doesn’t deal as much damage with him as usual coz she won’t be vaping. She’s just the easiest off field pyro applicator for f2p’s coz a lot of people don’t have Dehya. I think Natlan will introduce more though 🙌
Will definitely pull for him since his playstyle took inspiration from Sora and I'm a big Kingdom Hearts fan. His and Ajaw's JP VAs are also Sasuke and Naruto.
I don't have Emily but I will pull for him, his design and mechanics are cool. I will play with him with my Kazuha, Bennet and Dehya (or maybe other team will be with Furina, Nahida and Yelan).
He doesn't need Emily. Bennet furina and kazuha will be strong. Look at genshin noir calc for on field Emily. emily will make him more flexible tho. (Also kazuha on deepwood).
@@pac3930 okay kazuha serves a few purposes. One is grouping, this grouping allows kinich to hit essentially all enemies with his E and Q which are his main sources of damage. Another purpose of kazuha is his pyro application when he has a pyro aura. When he has a pyro aura (from bennet in this case) his Q will apply pyro for burning which will benefit kinich. So for example, you can use Emilie here, and you gain a strong sub dps, but then there is no pyro application for 1. There will also be no grouping. That's why kazuha is fairly good in this slot. Not sure if he is the best but I saw a calc from a trusted TC on Emilie, kazuha, bennet and furina and the team is strong. Kinich has better scaling so it should be even better.
To be fair, game could use a little more variety in attacks. And if they don't want to introduce a new weapon type, having characters who attack with their own unique animations like Lyney's cards while still using different weapons is a good balance. Him being claymore means he can slap on Whatever EM/Crit/Attack Claymore ya got ... Serpent Spine... And hit at range
I was originally planning on getting Mualani, but since I already went broke for Emilie, and Kinich has such good synergy with her, I guess I'll wait for him instead.
Great video! Kinda sucks that a lot of people feel conflicted cuz of Emilie. She is a good teammate for Kinich but many people (like me) don't like Emilie's design or gameplay. Don't worry Kinich can be played with godlike teams even without Emilie. Like Kinich, furina, xiangling, Baizhu will be as good as or even better than Kinich, emilie, bennet, xiangling. A lot of people also talk about dehya and she can work well too. I am still kinda doupting Bennet because it seems Kinich will easily circle further and out from Bennets burst so idk yet if bennet works for him well enough. Edit: Xiangling as a solo pyro unit will still be enough for kinich cuz Kinich only needs to trigger burn/burgeon reactions couple of times and Xiangling's burst will be more than enough. If you have high energy recharge for Xiangling then you don't really need more than 1 pyro unit. So I really reccomend Kinich,furina,xiangling, baizhu if you have the team available. Otherwise switch baizhu for Yao Yao or bennet.
Yeah I wish Emilie was the lavender design but she enables a lot of teams and I'm enjoying her 🙌 you're right though Kinich will be strong even without her
This is so interesting to me, because I got Emilie for a Kinich team and I was very neutral about her design, but the more I play her the more I love everything about her aesthetic. Like her normal attacks are beautiful and her dress is so unique and pretty and it moves so gracefully in game. Like she has actually become my favourite character design wise in the game, so much so that I genuinely want a C6 Bennet so I can play her on field. And I just find it so fascinating that so many people are so against it. I’m genuinely curious, do you know what it is about her design that you dislike? No pressure, obviously, I’ve just found the reactions to her design strange. (Also, please try not to be too mean)
It will be cool if he can change targets with his grapple hook during his E like a spider-man. Plus, I pull Emilie and want him to be very strong and I think he will be a good pair with Mavuika in the future if she is 5 stars xiangling
I don't think he can change targets until the enemy is defeated or his skill runs out and comes back but you're right it would be cool 🙌 I hope Mavuika will work with him in the future too
I’ve been a Xiao main for like, forever, and decided maybe i wanna switch up from anemo (the only characters I really built very “good” is furuzan, cloud retainer, wanderer, bennet, sucrose, sethos) and try dendro, but i have no claymores like at all but do have dilucs signature.. anyways im yapping pretty much im scared ill be unable to build him well.

I’ve been struggling deciding Kinich or kazuha (everyone’s telling me oh kazuha because he’s more meta n stuff) and yeah, I love Kazuha! His story, skills, everything! But I relate to Kinich (at least from what we know so far in the archon) so much and he is seems so cool!!! I finally am okay skipping Kazuha and just waiting for his rerun and pulling for Kinich instead
Kazuha is more versatile but sounds to me like Kinich is the one you really want so I say go for Kinich, good luck with your pulls! 🙏 As a sidenote, a lot of people that pull only for meta get burned out and this is why. They don't play the characters that they like
should i pull for emilie if i don't have nahida, baizhu, or kiara? i also don't have furina...i'm just now getting back into the game and missed out on all the good banners lol
I love Emilie’s kit but of all the characters you missed I definitely don’t think she’s a must pull. You’ll be good grabbing whoever you want moving forward then if you want Emilie on a rerun you can get her 👍
Okay, I’m like 80% sure Kinich from genshin takes inspiration from Kinich Ahau who is a Mayan god. And from what the Wikipedia says about him, Kinich Ahau is depicted with large square eyes. Now while I might be wrong on all of this, I like to think this is why Genshin Kinich looks the way he does. They simply took an otherwise pretty small detail and used that as inspiration for a character who shares the same name. 🙏

They took a simple detail like a shape (square), related it to another way that the same shape is used (pixels) and did their own thing with him
Kinich has digital effects most likely because the Dendro element in general is somewhat digitally portrayed. If you look at Nahida you’ll notice she attacks with keyboard and mouse. Kirara, Kaveh (and to some extent Al Haitham) also have partially digital designs. That is because you can think of Irminsul (the giant pink tree) as a giant computer for Teyvat and Nahida, the Dendro archon has some power over it.
For the flex you could go Emilie, Furina, Nahida (holding Deepwood), Kazuha or you could even try Kachina who we get free in 5.0. If you go with burgeon then Kinich, Xingqiu and Thoma will be really strong and you can use Yelan, Nahida, Emilie or even Mona in the last slot
I'd say Serpent Spine purely coz he already gets a lot of attack from Bennett assuming you're running him. I'm not a theory crafter though so I can't say with complete certainty

Since serpent spine stacks get removed if you take dmg and he’s a burning/ burgeon dps won’t be struggle to keep up the serpent spine stacks since he’ll constantly probably be taking dmg from burning/ burgeon?
im thinking of using him with either Furina Baizhu Xiangling (Burgeon) or Fischl Thoma Nahida (Quickburn)... im probably gonna experiment a lot when he comes out bc i really love his design
So assuming we are talking floor 12 which is what people are normally talking about for teams, I've found the best emilie team to be sunfire with furina. Could just swap the furina for Kinich. Gives you VV and sunfire is pretty busted and gives you a bit of on-field time for emilie. I really don't know why people insist on putting xiangling on all of these teams. She's a bit of a pain and you really, really don't need that much pyro application. Bennett (and jean) have really fast and decent elemental skills if you need a spot application at some point. Floor 12 even with 4 waves is NOT like normal multitarget waves. It just isn't. Obviously you could still just cut out jean for furina if you really want to.
@@WhoopiSoulberg I'm talking floor 12. For lower floors I'd prefer grouping. Any lower floors though you can throw whatever you want out there. For the hardest content we have, you don't need to worry about it because only a few enemies spawn at a time in 3-4 waves... maybe 5. And you just skip a jean burst if it is a single enemy wave. They both have fantastic and quick Es.
This is true. I don't think there's any right or wrong tbh and I think that last slot (Xiangling/Dehya/Jean whoever) can have its ups and downs. I'm hoping Mavuika or another unit comes out to take that last slot. As a C2 Jean haver I'm curious to see if her C2 benefits Kinich, I don't know the math but maybe an extra skill use?
@@WhoopiSoulberg I've actually been C3 for a while now. Until fontaine I never pulled Qiqi or Diluc but had a few cons on the others. I'm definitely getting her C4 when we can pick a starter 5 star.

I've got 3 billets for the craftable claymore, but I'm not sure whether a refinement rank 3 Natlan claymore would be better than a R1 Blackcliffe. Thank you.
I wouldn’t go with Yaoyao personally because I want more off-field app like Nahida/Emilie if I go dendro. Yaoyao has a bursty playstyle where she’s on field for a short amount of time and applies a lot but I don’t think she synergises well with Kinich. In terms of weapons I think they’ll both be solid but couldn’t say which is better coz I don’t theory craft sorry!

You don't need a second dendro tbh. You can put Furina in the last slot instead or maybe experiment with an electro unit although I don't think they'll be as good

As a new player, do yourself a favour and choose ANYONE except Qiqi or Dehya. Dehya is just impossible to use as a dps, and as a support, thats the ONLY way shes somewhat serviceable.
I pulled for chlorine and got her after a lot of struggle do you think that king h might work well with her for like maybe hyper bloom? (Sorry I don’t know much about all the play styles reactions and such I only started playing a couple of months ago😅)
Personally I think Emilie has more value than Kinich and Mualani but she’s not a must pull for him if you don’t get her. Good luck with your pulls if you do though 🙏
I have a question. Does he rely on EM like Nahida and Alhaitham in burn/burgeon teams or does he only need atk%? I'm getting his bis artifact pieces but only 1 so far has EM. Its mostly been atk% and crits i'm finding so i'm making sure on his needs. If it helps i am getting him c0r1 [gaurinteed atm], running him with Emilie, Dehya and C6 lynette w/ r2 freedom sworn. [She gives atk% buff + VV + easy swirling + enemy taunt + evacuation button due to E if need be. And then theres FS's buffs at r2]
@WhoopiSoulberg awesome! And thanks. She's been a staple for alot of teams like my melt/perma freeze wriothesley team. I don't find myself using kazuha outside of Aloy/ayaka comps funny enough. Even Venti ends up used more or Xianyun. Don't know why. But yeah. Figured since Lynette gives atk% and can wield VV + FS she'll give a significant boost to Kinich and Emilie. She's been doing it already. Just had to confirm about the EM situation since I'm finding 0 EM for his BIS atm. Let alone ER% pfft
@@nobody-xh6ii Glad to see someone else using Aloy! I don't use her as much anymore but she was my first triple-crowned unit coz I love Horizon. Yeah no EM necessary unless you try him in spread teams (not what he's designed to do ofc but just in case you experiment). And ER isn't 100% necessary either. Nice if you get it but you can just drop his burst whenever it's available coz it's not as big a portion of his damage as his skill
@WhoopiSoulberg I enjoy using Aloy as a battery since it's fun to watch an Ayaka go from 0 ER to 100 before her burst is even done animation wise during coop with sac bow and also as a main dps in a charlotte, kazuha, furina/yelan party since kazuha easily drags the bombs into the enemies and pops off the 4 counters for her stance.~ I just need to get thundering pulse bow so my yoi and her have it. [I have r3 aqua bow but some enemies I dint want to get in the face of.] Overall I'm glad I dint need to rely on EM for him. The only teams I plan are Emilie, Lynette and Dehya for burn. Dehya/thoma, xingqiu, lynette for burgeon, or my c1r1 furina, c0r1 nilou, c2r1 baizhu for nilou bloom. I wasn't getting much in the ways of ER or EM so had to be sure I don't stress over the wrong ones.
I'll copy what OP said in another comment here : You don't need Emilie, she's just a nice bonus for versatility. I think Kinich, Furina, Xiangling, Bennett will be one of his strongest teams. If you want one of Yelan/Xingqiu I'd swap out Xiangling for Thoma. I think both burning and burgeon will be strong
Personally I think Emilie is strong af so if you have the primos I recommend her not just for Kinich but because she’s a really good unit. You don’t NEED her for Kinich though I think Kinich, Furina, Xiangling and Bennett will be his strongest team 💪
Yeah you can use those 3 but make sure Nahida’s on Deepwood 💪 regarding C1 v weapon I think the extra damage from his weapon looks stronger than the C1 but the C1 has exploration benefits too so it depends which you value more
I'm unsure whether to pull for him or someone else, like Nahida. I've been using Wanderer in my party since December 2022. I have Raiden, but I don't use her in my Abyss runs because she doesn't interest me-I prefer Wanderer International. However, I want to pull a character that can help me 9-star Floor 12, but I'm stuck on who to choose since I'm still using Ayaka Freeze and Wanderer national in the Abyss, and I can't finish Floor 12 at all. Who should I pull?
He’ll be solid but someone like Nahida is better coz she’s more versatile. I say pull who you prefer but if you want a stronger account Nahida would be better than Kinich
I don't think Emilie is a must pull for him but she definitely brings value in just keeping the team's damage ticking in the background. I think we'll see Kinich's full potential as we get more Natlan units though
Im so in between with him 😭.He is probably my favorite designed character but his grapple hook spin to win play style i dislike a lot. Hes probably gonna be someone if the 4 stars are strong ill definitely go for if not i might skip just cause the 4 star weapons on the banner coming out i need super bad so im pulling on that 😅. I have zero fav swords, zero sac frags, and zero stringless. Plus if i accidently get kazuhas weapon i wont complain since he was my favorite design until kinich lol.
Solid option especially if you have other units in the team that scale off attack like Emilie but the Natlan craftable will be better for him if he's already getting attack from Bennett, Noblesse and the pyro resonance

Personally I say his weapon. The damage benefits his whole kit rather than just his skill and with you only needing 1 fate point if you lose it may end up costing less pulls than C1, plus you might get Raiden's weapon too which is strong. C1 is still solid though and it benefits exploration so if you like the look of his banner 4 stars when the banner drops you can't go wrong with either.

@@WhoopiSoulbergI’d Personally say Swap Bennet since there are more Pyro Supports than Dendro supports , Unless you arent using Maybe Nahida or Emilie , You can swap Baizhu but if not I’d say swap bennett with someone like Dehya (She can be good with her Skill due to interruption resistance and Pyro application when someone is damage , Combining this with how fast Kinich attacks , She might be his best Pyro till Mavuika. Then Again He does Have Xiangling , I’m not a fully fledged team Builder but as long as you proc Burning he’ll be okay , He relies so much on burning
XL/Bennett is a controversial one. Kinich probably outside Bennett circle most of the time while doing the Kinich circling. XL is the worst one, you're not gonna land a hit on pyronado doing Kinich circling. Deyha is the best option on how large Aoe on her skill

I have never pulled charas for meta. Kinich is coming home. Might pull his weapon too because getting Raiden's weapon isn't bad either. Besides, I've only ever gotten Xiao's weapon (he's my fav :3 ).

What I hate about the recent dendro characters is the fact that they all rely on Xiangling. Why? Because Xiangling is the ONLY Pyro sub dps, and this makes them lack team variety
To be honest he doesn’t need Xiangling and she doesn’t deal as much damage with him as usual coz she won’t be vaping. She’s just the easiest off field pyro applicator for f2p’s coz a lot of people don’t have Dehya. I think Natlan will introduce more though 🙌
I think the best sup pyro dps will be Nathan archon

I don't have Emily but I will pull for him, his design and mechanics are cool. I will play with him with my Kazuha, Bennet and Dehya (or maybe other team will be with Furina, Nahida and Yelan).

He doesn't need Emily. Bennet furina and kazuha will be strong. Look at genshin noir calc for on field Emily. emily will make him more flexible tho. (Also kazuha on deepwood).

@@pac3930 okay kazuha serves a few purposes. One is grouping, this grouping allows kinich to hit essentially all enemies with his E and Q which are his main sources of damage.
Another purpose of kazuha is his pyro application when he has a pyro aura. When he has a pyro aura (from bennet in this case) his Q will apply pyro for burning which will benefit kinich.
So for example, you can use Emilie here, and you gain a strong sub dps, but then there is no pyro application for 1. There will also be no grouping. That's why kazuha is fairly good in this slot. Not sure if he is the best but I saw a calc from a trusted TC on Emilie, kazuha, bennet and furina and the team is strong. Kinich has better scaling so it should be even better.
He's the next character I'm pulling for because he looks cool, I'll figure out how to properly play him when I get him 😂

To be fair, game could use a little more variety in attacks. And if they don't want to introduce a new weapon type, having characters who attack with their own unique animations like Lyney's cards while still using different weapons is a good balance.
Him being claymore means he can slap on Whatever EM/Crit/Attack Claymore ya got ... Serpent Spine... And hit at range
You should've at least had a dendro infusion. XD I want to use that sword of his.

Great video! Kinda sucks that a lot of people feel conflicted cuz of Emilie. She is a good teammate for Kinich but many people (like me) don't like Emilie's design or gameplay. Don't worry Kinich can be played with godlike teams even without Emilie.
Like Kinich, furina, xiangling, Baizhu will be as good as or even better than Kinich, emilie, bennet, xiangling. A lot of people also talk about dehya and she can work well too. I am still kinda doupting Bennet because it seems Kinich will easily circle further and out from Bennets burst so idk yet if bennet works for him well enough.

Xiangling as a solo pyro unit will still be enough for kinich cuz Kinich only needs to trigger burn/burgeon reactions couple of times and Xiangling's burst will be more than enough. If you have high energy recharge for Xiangling then you don't really need more than 1 pyro unit. So I really reccomend Kinich,furina,xiangling, baizhu if you have the team available. Otherwise switch baizhu for Yao Yao or bennet.
Yeah I wish Emilie was the lavender design but she enables a lot of teams and I'm enjoying her 🙌 you're right though Kinich will be strong even without her
This is so interesting to me, because I got Emilie for a Kinich team and I was very neutral about her design, but the more I play her the more I love everything about her aesthetic. Like her normal attacks are beautiful and her dress is so unique and pretty and it moves so gracefully in game. Like she has actually become my favourite character design wise in the game, so much so that I genuinely want a C6 Bennet so I can play her on field. And I just find it so fascinating that so many people are so against it. I’m genuinely curious, do you know what it is about her design that you dislike? No pressure, obviously, I’ve just found the reactions to her design strange. (Also, please try not to be too mean)
It will be cool if he can change targets with his grapple hook during his E like a spider-man. Plus, I pull Emilie and want him to be very strong and I think he will be a good pair with Mavuika in the future if she is 5 stars xiangling
I don't think he can change targets until the enemy is defeated or his skill runs out and comes back but you're right it would be cool 🙌 I hope Mavuika will work with him in the future too

I’ve been a Xiao main for like, forever, and decided maybe i wanna switch up from anemo (the only characters I really built very “good” is furuzan, cloud retainer, wanderer, bennet, sucrose, sethos) and try dendro, but i have no claymores like at all but do have dilucs signature.. anyways im yapping pretty much im scared ill be unable to build him well.
Worst case scenario you can use Bennett, Xiangling and Sucrose 💪 you can also use the new craftable Natlan claymore on Kinich for free

I’ve been struggling deciding Kinich or kazuha (everyone’s telling me oh kazuha because he’s more meta n stuff) and yeah, I love Kazuha! His story, skills, everything! But I relate to Kinich (at least from what we know so far in the archon) so much and he is seems so cool!!! I finally am okay skipping Kazuha and just waiting for his rerun and pulling for Kinich instead

I love Emilie’s kit but of all the characters you missed I definitely don’t think she’s a must pull. You’ll be good grabbing whoever you want moving forward then if you want Emilie on a rerun you can get her 👍

Okay, I’m like 80% sure Kinich from genshin takes inspiration from Kinich Ahau who is a Mayan god. And from what the Wikipedia says about him, Kinich Ahau is depicted with large square eyes. Now while I might be wrong on all of this, I like to think this is why Genshin Kinich looks the way he does. They simply took an otherwise pretty small detail and used that as inspiration for a character who shares the same name. 🙏

Kinich has digital effects most likely because the Dendro element in general is somewhat digitally portrayed. If you look at Nahida you’ll notice she attacks with keyboard and mouse. Kirara, Kaveh (and to some extent Al Haitham) also have partially digital designs. That is because you can think of Irminsul (the giant pink tree) as a giant computer for Teyvat and Nahida, the Dendro archon has some power over it.

For the flex you could go Emilie, Furina, Nahida (holding Deepwood), Kazuha or you could even try Kachina who we get free in 5.0. If you go with burgeon then Kinich, Xingqiu and Thoma will be really strong and you can use Yelan, Nahida, Emilie or even Mona in the last slot

I'd say Serpent Spine purely coz he already gets a lot of attack from Bennett assuming you're running him. I'm not a theory crafter though so I can't say with complete certainty

Since serpent spine stacks get removed if you take dmg and he’s a burning/ burgeon dps won’t be struggle to keep up the serpent spine stacks since he’ll constantly probably be taking dmg from burning/ burgeon?
He keeps enough distance from the enemy that losing stacks from burning won't be an issue
im thinking of using him with either Furina Baizhu Xiangling (Burgeon) or Fischl Thoma Nahida (Quickburn)... im probably gonna experiment a lot when he comes out bc i really love his design

So assuming we are talking floor 12 which is what people are normally talking about for teams, I've found the best emilie team to be sunfire with furina. Could just swap the furina for Kinich. Gives you VV and sunfire is pretty busted and gives you a bit of on-field time for emilie. I really don't know why people insist on putting xiangling on all of these teams. She's a bit of a pain and you really, really don't need that much pyro application. Bennett (and jean) have really fast and decent elemental skills if you need a spot application at some point. Floor 12 even with 4 waves is NOT like normal multitarget waves. It just isn't. Obviously you could still just cut out jean for furina if you really want to.
Personally, I prefer having Xiangling's burst follow me than relying on two static circles with Bennett and Jean but both will work. Dehya too 🙌
@@WhoopiSoulberg I'm talking floor 12. For lower floors I'd prefer grouping. Any lower floors though you can throw whatever you want out there. For the hardest content we have, you don't need to worry about it because only a few enemies spawn at a time in 3-4 waves... maybe 5. And you just skip a jean burst if it is a single enemy wave. They both have fantastic and quick Es.
This is true. I don't think there's any right or wrong tbh and I think that last slot (Xiangling/Dehya/Jean whoever) can have its ups and downs. I'm hoping Mavuika or another unit comes out to take that last slot. As a C2 Jean haver I'm curious to see if her C2 benefits Kinich, I don't know the math but maybe an extra skill use?

Yeah they won't be as good as burning/burgeon for him but you can use electro. Bear in mind Alhaitham will be better with electro though

I wouldn’t go with Yaoyao personally because I want more off-field app like Nahida/Emilie if I go dendro. Yaoyao has a bursty playstyle where she’s on field for a short amount of time and applies a lot but I don’t think she synergises well with Kinich.
In terms of weapons I think they’ll both be solid but couldn’t say which is better coz I don’t theory craft sorry!

As a new player, do yourself a favour and choose ANYONE except Qiqi or Dehya. Dehya is just impossible to use as a dps, and as a support, thats the ONLY way shes somewhat serviceable.

I have a question. Does he rely on EM like Nahida and Alhaitham in burn/burgeon teams or does he only need atk%? I'm getting his bis artifact pieces but only 1 so far has EM. Its mostly been atk% and crits i'm finding so i'm making sure on his needs.
If it helps i am getting him c0r1 [gaurinteed atm], running him with Emilie, Dehya and C6 lynette w/ r2 freedom sworn. [She gives atk% buff + VV + easy swirling + enemy taunt + evacuation button due to E if need be. And then theres FS's buffs at r2]

Yeah no EM necessary unless you try him in spread teams (not what he's designed to do ofc but just in case you experiment). And ER isn't 100% necessary either. Nice if you get it but you can just drop his burst whenever it's available coz it's not as big a portion of his damage as his skill
@WhoopiSoulberg I enjoy using Aloy as a battery since it's fun to watch an Ayaka go from 0 ER to 100 before her burst is even done animation wise during coop with sac bow and also as a main dps in a charlotte, kazuha, furina/yelan party since kazuha easily drags the bombs into the enemies and pops off the 4 counters for her stance.~ I just need to get thundering pulse bow so my yoi and her have it. [I have r3 aqua bow but some enemies I dint want to get in the face of.]
Overall I'm glad I dint need to rely on EM for him. The only teams I plan are Emilie, Lynette and Dehya for burn. Dehya/thoma, xingqiu, lynette for burgeon, or my c1r1 furina, c0r1 nilou, c2r1 baizhu for nilou bloom. I wasn't getting much in the ways of ER or EM so had to be sure I don't stress over the wrong ones.

I'll copy what OP said in another comment here : You don't need Emilie, she's just a nice bonus for versatility. I think Kinich, Furina, Xiangling, Bennett will be one of his strongest teams. If you want one of Yelan/Xingqiu I'd swap out Xiangling for Thoma. I think both burning and burgeon will be strong
Personally I think Emilie is strong af so if you have the primos I recommend her not just for Kinich but because she’s a really good unit. You don’t NEED her for Kinich though I think Kinich, Furina, Xiangling and Bennett will be his strongest team 💪

Yeah you can use those 3 but make sure Nahida’s on Deepwood 💪 regarding C1 v weapon I think the extra damage from his weapon looks stronger than the C1 but the C1 has exploration benefits too so it depends which you value more

I don't think Emilie is a must pull for him but she definitely brings value in just keeping the team's damage ticking in the background. I think we'll see Kinich's full potential as we get more Natlan units though

Solid option especially if you have other units in the team that scale off attack like Emilie but the Natlan craftable will be better for him if he's already getting attack from Bennett, Noblesse and the pyro resonance

No, she goes with the burning set, the deepwood would be for XL pr whoever fills that spot

You don’t need a second dendro tbh, Kinich, Bennett, Xiangling will be fine with a flex like Furina to get some vapes off and buff Kinich 🙌 you could throw in Nahida like you said if you want AoE though

Not a bad team but if you have Zhongli/Dehya they'll be better than Kirara and putting Dehya in would let you use a flex in Xiangling's spot

Yeah you can run them and it'll be a burgeon team but it might not be comfy with Furina's HP drain and just Dehya for sustainability

I’m always happy to see more people appreciating Emilie she’s so flexible and deals a lot of damage 🙌 you can’t go wrong with either tbh but if you can only have one I’d lean slightly towards Kinich
@@WhoopiSoulberg fr everyone keep trash talking about her but shes the only dendri character I have who dealt 71k damage and I have every dendro character and with a linda f2p weapon (xiao’s spear from standard banner, stole it from Raiden since now i only use her in hyperbloom). Alr at 50 pity, gonna go for mualuani or kinich just to enjoy natlan more

He’s better in single target but you can use him with AoE teammates like Xiangling, Nahida and Emilie 💪

Not 100% but if you have someone who doesn’t need a 4 piece I’d stick them on it to make Kinich deal more damage 💪

I am going to keep kachina with arcahic Petra set for buffing xangling otherwise I would dehya on deepwood set
The new set will buff Xiangling and Kachina more plus it’ll give Kachina energy when she’s run with other Natlan units 🙌

I prefer Bennett in for Kazuha but if you really wanna run him with Kazuha I’d say Dehya instead of Xiangling so you have a sustain unit

He scales off attack. I mentioned it indirectly during his teams/weapons sections but I could have made it clearer at the beginning my bad

She won’t get as many stacks as usual but it’ll be enough, she doesn’t need to max out and the team will do massive damage 💪

Yeah 100% just stick someone on Deepwood (Zhongli worst case scenario coz you’re relying on his pillar)
What is better to pull for Kinich's sig weapon or his c1???
Personally I say his weapon. The damage benefits his whole kit rather than just his skill and with you only needing 1 fate point if you lose it may end up costing less pulls than C1, plus you might get Raiden's weapon too which is strong.
C1 is still solid though and it benefits exploration so if you like the look of his banner 4 stars when the banner drops you can't go wrong with either.
Yo, can you play Kinich with Xingqiu/Yelan, Bennett, and Xiangling? Do you really need to pull Emilie for him? Which team is better for Kinich, burgeon or burning?
You don't need Emilie, she's just a nice bonus for versatility. I think Kinich, Furina, Xiangling, Bennett will be one of his strongest teams. If you want one of Yelan/Xingqiu I'd swap out Xiangling for Thoma. I think both burning and burgeon will be strong 💪

If you like Yaoyao you can definitely use her it's just to get the most out of her healing she needs a little bit of field-time. It's not the end of the world I just think the others will synergise better

It adds 100 to his skill’s crit dmg
@@WhoopiSoulberg oh that's amazing especially since he'll most likely be around 250-300% CD (it's an assumption based on the new artifact set and if you have his signature weapon, meaning you won't need a cr circlet unless you want 100%)

I’d swap Baizhu out the first one for Xingqiu and then Baizhu/Bennett out the second one coz you only need one healer 💪
@@WhoopiSoulbergI’d Personally say Swap Bennet since there are more Pyro Supports than Dendro supports , Unless you arent using Maybe Nahida or Emilie , You can swap Baizhu but if not I’d say swap bennett with someone like Dehya (She can be good with her Skill due to interruption resistance and Pyro application when someone is damage , Combining this with how fast Kinich attacks , She might be his best Pyro till Mavuika. Then Again He does Have Xiangling , I’m not a fully fledged team Builder but as long as you proc Burning he’ll be okay , He relies so much on burning
XL/Bennett is a controversial one. Kinich probably outside Bennett circle most of the time while doing the Kinich circling. XL is the worst one, you're not gonna land a hit on pyronado doing Kinich circling. Deyha is the best option on how large Aoe on her skill
