Saying this for anyone who wants to know: Burning/Burgeon has very little damage difference (100k DPR {damage-per-rotation} difference at most) I'd recommend picking up kinich Burning if you want HIGH SINGLE TARGET dmg I'd recommend picking up kinich Burgeon if you want LESS single target dmg but HIGHER AOE dmg If you don't have emilie I'd suggest running burgeon as at that point slotting in baizhu or nahida makes you do less dmg overall than a burgeon team and takes away characters you may want to use in a second abyss team. Quicken, Aggravate, Hyperblom is not good with kinich, you wont come close to the numbers someone running burning/burgeon will hit, but don't let that discourage you from trying those teams out, fk the meta and have fun Don't use Emilie and Furina at the same time, it will not work well pick a specialty. (Burning team/Burgeon Team) C2R0 > C1R1 > C0R1 > C1R0 Serpent Spine is better than Earthshaker r5 ONLY if you have a shield or AREN'T in an area where the GROUND SETS ON FIRE (Abyss, Boss Arenas, etc) For a weapon you want to try to get the closest stat stick to his SiG (Beacon/Serpent Spine/WolvesGS) but if not try to get one with a good passive and/or available to you (EarthShaker R5) Teams: Burning - Kinich, Emilie, Bennet, Flex Pyro (Dehya, Xiangling, Yanfei, Amber.. Someone who you can plop in for a sec to proc burning n switch off) Burgeon - Kinich, Furina, Bennet, Thoma (You can swap Furina for any hydro character like Yelan or Xingqiu.. you CAN swap thoma for a different pyro character but i wouldn't recommend it, build thoma wil triple EM) Any questions I'll try to answer if you reply to this comment
I don't have emilie or thoma, for burning team I'm thinking kinich, kazuha, Bennett and dehya (deepwood) for burgeon: kinich, yelan/furina, Bennett and xiangling ... is it better if one party member uses deepwood set? Should I pull emilie for kinich team?
@@qwertyasdf4637 Both of those team comps are amazing, you would definetly want a DW set on one person but who that is? entirely up to you. i'd say dehya and xiangling should be on dw but ima do my own personal testing when kinich comes out with Kazuha on DW because i wonder if VV has less value than DW or not on that team comp. Pulling for Emilie is also entirely up to you. Emilie is not needed for kinich but for a burning team she really cannot be beat by any other character. EDIT: Make sure on ur burgeon team you're not running serpent spine because you'll likely get rid of ur stacks on accident without thoma's paper thin shield so run an alternative if you can.

YOU CAN play him and hyperbloom and quicken teams. It incentivises him to be used in burning as it gives him more stack but that doesn't mean he gets no stack without burning.
Thing is he scales with Attack. Dendro related reactions scale with EM. If you will build him EM you will be seeing less damage from Kinich and more from reaction. Kinich's damage is more on his personal kit.

I thing the best kinich team is himself-emilie-bennet-dehya(on deepwood & sac greatsword). Using XL there on her normal set won’t do much for the teams dmg since she herself is not vaping plus you are not buffing the other dmg dealers in that team, u need someone on deepwood. Now if u put XL on deepwood you are stuck with 20 something seconds rotations and have to build LOTS of er on her. The best alternative is simply a dehya on deepwood and sac greatsword to shorten those rotations and get the buffs. Plus she offers some defensive utility 👍
I’m considering this team too, sure without XL, pyro dmg from the team will be lessen but hey, with Dehya using Deepwood will buff both Kinich and Emilie which is good, and with Sac Greatsword, her skill will be used twice

Keep in mind that his current “best team” (Kinich, Emilie, Xiangling, Bennett) You dont have to use Xiangling Problem is you would want the “Xiangling slot” to hold deepwood (having Kinich and Emilie uses their own set will deal bigger total damage compared to putting deepwood on Emilie) No Emblem for Xiangling + not having VV make her damage not worth the pain of dealing with the 80 energy cost Instead Deyah is much better since her role isn’t for dealing damage anyway, so deepwood Deyah actually is better
i got c1 diluc on free 5 star i regret it, i didnt expect dehya will go to meta. Can you recomend other character that can use deepwood, i dont have dehya

@@rajatkhatua6396mostly getting Furina's Fanfare stacks a lot easier,and Baizhu does buff burgeon damage but it's not the main point. Also, and this is mainly if you're using Kinich's signature (cuz it has the highest base attack in the game), Kinich and Bennett can run into diminishing returns from the attack buff.
If you dont have a C6 Thoma, you can use C4 Tankfei just build pure HP (TotM) and use Thrilling Tales. Her C4 Shield is as strong as zhongli's shield plus you will be able to use TTDS and Tenacity attack buff.

to correct him "the only way he gets the charges is if its burning" "low personal damage otherwise". he gets charges passively and by playing the hidden spot minigame when going around the enemy and also from burning if it exists. the difference between burning or not burning is simply and extra cannon shot at the end of his rotation. Also while his damage is "lower" than having an outside pyro application it is by no means a low amount of damage. He is able to solo most bosses and content with the right amount of investment by triple crowning and having c0-c2 he will do millions of damage per rotation even without any pyro. so while burning and burgeon teams do min-max his damage he is also just as viable in anything else specially since his Burst also applies burning.
My team will be Kinich | Emilie | Pyro Archon | Flex I won’t be running Bennett with him because it’s too restrictive in movement. Can’t swing around enemies and get buffed by Bennett at the same time.
I like to play the game for fun and put my fav characters in my main team so I can look at them and be happy so my team is just gonna be: Lyney, furina, Mualani, and kinich 😭😭😭
I disagree with Bennet, tbh. Unless you're fighting a stationary boss, Kinich just does not work well with him. The center of his rotation will be constantly changing as enemies die, making him move away from Bennet's burst, Kinich's skill has a minigame that requires you to spin into certain spots, often away from your starting position, it's just a mess. Obviously his theoretical damage is highest on Bennet teams but you run into so many problems that it just isn't worth it, especially with how many other teams need or want Bennet - if you can justify his exclusion, it's best to do so. In my view, Burgeon is the best team for him, particularly Kinich/Xinqiu/Thoma/Baizu(or Yaoyao). It supplements his lack of AoE damage, you don't have to worry about staying inside a buff zone, Dendro resonance provides EM for Thoma's Burgeons to hit harder, Xinqiu provides damage, the bloom cores, resistance to interruption (in the event Thoma's shield breaks) and more consistent Hydro application than Yelan, and the Dendro support can hold Deepwood Memories to shred the Dendro resist for Kinich.
I am thinking of using Kinich with Bennett and Dehya. As for the Dendro applicator, I am thinking of using Dendro MC, Collei or Tighnari(I lost my 50-50 in Emilie's banner and planning to pull for Nahida). Or I might as well pull for Emilie during her rerun
I’m horrible at making teams and just choose my favorites ^^ so I’ll probably put him on a team with Lyney, Baizhu, and Albedo. Though if I’m being honest I’ll probably end up doing something even worse like Tighnari, Baizhu, and Lyney with Kinich
How abt Kinich, Bennett, Kazuha and zhongli? Bennet for the buffs ofc not to mention the pyro trigger at first, the you can swirl it with kazuhas burst not to mention he regenerates a lot of energy. Plus zhongli for the tenacity + stopping Kinich from being knocked out the air while he is dealing dmg

team damage would drop significantly. Truthfully Emilie does nothing in Kinich's team except provide more aoe and team damage so you can use Furina instead of Nahida. But u can also use nahida as a deepwood user, the team just wont be as good
Unironically his best upcoming team would be with furina xilonen and mavuika. Xilonen can hold deepwood and mavuika can hold the new bonus set. Then xilonen shreds everything that matters + heals and mavuika can react with everything. Also makes nightsoul burst a 9s cd which makes rotations very easy. Furina usually wants a teamwide healer but if u can manage it fine or have c2+ its fine. 🤷♂️ Emilie isnt necessary for kinich whatsoever, she may as well just not exist.
Not that I think Hoyoverse will make the pyro archon not work with Naltan units (it would be stupid from a game standpoint and from a selling characters standpoint) but it's probably better to keep discussions with characters that are already available or are in beta (because the first is obviously already out and the second is unlikely to get changed so pronounced that they'd affect thier team options ) just to avoid confusion and unnecessary disappointment
Nahida kinda does nothing other than holding deepwood though EM doesn’t buff Kinich and Xiangling since the reaction is burning And also because of burning, Nahida personal damage also not very good
i will have Kinich with Bennet c4 and Xianling c3, but i don't have Emilie or Furina, can i put him with Nahida? or just with Xinqiu and wait for the pyro Archon?
@@dazaisveryfluffyhair a subdps/survivability option/buffer to hold the deepwood set, you can add Baizhu for healing, a shielder (any work but if we're talking deepwood then Layla is preferable cuz she can keep it up with her skill and ult), you can use Dehya, Thoma, you can add a hydro like Furina , Xingque,Yelan, Kokomi, Barbara (in everyone else's case you'll be doing a bit of burgeon ,but in Barbara's case you'll pretty much not be touching the enemy anyway, although as opposed to the other options, Barbara doesn't do much for Kinich other than heal), another shielder that works is Zhongli, you can use Kachina as a deepwood holder. That's all that comes to mind currently, other than this I imagine the pyro archon is gonna be a great support for Naltan characters,but since we don't have anything concrete about her I'm not gonna recommend her yet,see what you have and try to make it work.
Nope, he doesn't have good enough dendro application, especially considering his canon shots rely on burning or burgeon to work, you're better off just using dendro traveler

You don't need a second dendro in the burning team,if you don't have Emilie, don't use a second dendro, Emilie is used cuz she's a subdps who works with burning,not cuz Kinich needs a second dendro
Not really, given that you're running him on 4pc Noblesse, the buffs will still be evident. Plus, the burst's atk buff will end 2 seconds after you exit the radius
It would probably be less damage but try kinich in trial and try the same thing with alhaitham and see for yourself if it feels similar or wait for streamers to something like this because you don't have to wish for him to play the game and you definitely don't have to wish on day one if you have your doubts about him
Emilie is just for higher total team damage Anyone and “replace” her and Kinich damage will be the same, only his team total damage is lower If you use Baizhu, give him deepwood then it’s a pretty ok team

I am thinking of using Kinich with Bennett and Dehya. As for the Dendro applicator, I am thinking of using Dendro MC, Collei or Tighnari(I lost my 50-50 in Emilie's banner and planning to pull for Nahida). Or I might as well pull for Emilie during her rerun
You don't need a second dendro, burning doesn't need that much dendro

How abt Kinich, Bennett, Kazuha and zhongli? Bennet for the buffs ofc not to mention the pyro trigger at first, the you can swirl it with kazuhas burst not to mention he regenerates a lot of energy. Plus zhongli for the tenacity + stopping Kinich from being knocked out the air while he is dealing dmg

Yes but the damage would drop dramatically.
team damage would drop significantly. Truthfully Emilie does nothing in Kinich's team except provide more aoe and team damage so you can use Furina instead of Nahida. But u can also use nahida as a deepwood user, the team just wont be as good

Unironically his best upcoming team would be with furina xilonen and mavuika.
Xilonen can hold deepwood and mavuika can hold the new bonus set. Then xilonen shreds everything that matters + heals and mavuika can react with everything. Also makes nightsoul burst a 9s cd which makes rotations very easy.
Furina usually wants a teamwide healer but if u can manage it fine or have c2+ its fine. 🤷♂️
Emilie isnt necessary for kinich whatsoever, she may as well just not exist.
Xilonen doesn't shred Dendro resistance.

Not that I think Hoyoverse will make the pyro archon not work with Naltan units (it would be stupid from a game standpoint and from a selling characters standpoint) but it's probably better to keep discussions with characters that are already available or are in beta (because the first is obviously already out and the second is unlikely to get changed so pronounced that they'd affect thier team options ) just to avoid confusion and unnecessary disappointment

Nahida kinda does nothing other than holding deepwood though
EM doesn’t buff Kinich and Xiangling since the reaction is burning
And also because of burning, Nahida personal damage also not very good

A second dendro is unnecessary, you can add Xingque for some burgeon,or a subdps that can hold melilith,or the dendro set ,like Kachina.

@@dazaisveryfluffyhair a subdps/survivability option/buffer to hold the deepwood set, you can add Baizhu for healing, a shielder (any work but if we're talking deepwood then Layla is preferable cuz she can keep it up with her skill and ult), you can use Dehya, Thoma, you can add a hydro like Furina , Xingque,Yelan, Kokomi, Barbara (in everyone else's case you'll be doing a bit of burgeon ,but in Barbara's case you'll pretty much not be touching the enemy anyway, although as opposed to the other options, Barbara doesn't do much for Kinich other than heal), another shielder that works is Zhongli, you can use Kachina as a deepwood holder.
That's all that comes to mind currently, other than this I imagine the pyro archon is gonna be a great support for Naltan characters,but since we don't have anything concrete about her I'm not gonna recommend her yet,see what you have and try to make it work.

Nope, he doesn't have good enough dendro application, especially considering his canon shots rely on burning or burgeon to work, you're better off just using dendro traveler

Not really, given that you're running him on 4pc Noblesse, the buffs will still be evident. Plus, the burst's atk buff will end 2 seconds after you exit the radius

It would probably be less damage but try kinich in trial and try the same thing with alhaitham and see for yourself if it feels similar or wait for streamers to something like this because you don't have to wish for him to play the game and you definitely don't have to wish on day one if you have your doubts about him
