    Thank you Doctor. I am sharing this video to a person I know only on the internet. He had a bad fall during pole vault practice and had broken bones jutting out of his throat and so on. That was four years ago. Broken bones and all are repaired and he looks normal and healthy, but the tragedy is that he can neither stand on his own, nor use his hands. His fingers are droopy and lifeless and his back is powerless. His wife has to help him in everything--from shifting from bed to wheelchair and back, to helping him eat. I sent your video as a motivation to him. But my idea is to persuade him to get in touch with you so that you can give a professional opinion on his status. And also whether he is suffering from nerve damage, because his appearance is healthy and he says his digestion is also good. I hope he gets in touch. Thank you for your patience. 🎉

    I'm so grateful to have found you! Have been dealing with symptoms of peripheral neuropathy for about three years. After about two of seeing doctors, gave up on them as the only thing they had to offer was gabapenten. Had my yearly physical and the doctor said it would not get better or go away. DONE WITH THAT! About a year ago when I decided to take things in my own hands a book miraculously appeared called The Way Out of Chronic Pain and it started a new course of action for me and I saw some improvements in working on the neuro plasticity. Exercise, walk, and swim. But had no other course of action. Now, thanks to you I'm taking the supplements you recommend and its just been a few months, but see some results. Was getting discouraged again and saw this video and it was 'JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED. ' So Im back on track. You mentioned guided meditations, but I didn't see anything. Can you give a few to try? Working on all the other things you have recommended as well. I could go on but this is a good start. Thank you so much for your positive and encouraging approach!!! Donna

    Nerve Doctors thanks for this video! I have tried to always live my life in this way. I think that dealing with my hand neuropathy made me lose track of this for a couple months. Believe it or not, I started watching The Chosen. I binged and watched the first two seasons in about 10 nights. It has helped me to get back on track mentally. I constantly and daily give thanks to God for what I have, never wishing for things I don't have and never thinking or speaking negatively with him. Thanks for replying to my other comments. Bless you and your continued work. Bernard in Nicaragua.

But dealing with my situation caused by a dentist because he dismismed my allergy warning to epinephrine has left me sad and disappointed in our fellow humans inability to care for those of us who entrust our lives to their care. I feel sad and been left to deal with nerve pain for what i feel has and will continue to diminish the quality of my life 😢

    Good morning Doc, love watching your videos on all subjects ,thank you for sharing such valuable information. On your video of positive and negative thinking, I always tried for the positive, but fallible human beings I don't think anyone can be like one hundred percent positive all the time. We live in a fallen sinful world and to overcome the negative things of life,we cannot do it on our own, we need to rely on the power of GOD to help us do so. So once I just want to say thank you, for being the person that you are, honest faithful to your subjects and so passionate about your work. Continue to do the the great work you are doing, and pray that GOD will continue to bless you and shine his love upon you in all wisdom,knowledge and understanding always.

    I would like to add yoga to this. It has now been proven that yoga practitioners have reduced pain response. Meaning they have a higher pain threshold. They also have reduced sensitivity to temperature. I also practice ujjayi breath. I had a nervous breakdown and it has really helped me! Namaste! 🙏

      Hi Jojo. Wow! My oversight. Yes, indeed yoga. I'm a big fan of yoga and begin my mornings 3-4 times per week with it. There are oh-so-many benefits to yoga that I'll need to do a separate video on that. My personal favorite is Bikram, but let me say that All Yoga is great yoga. It's important to align the yoga practice with what resonates best for each individual. Thanks so much for adding that to our awareness. I'm so sorry to hear about your nervous breakdown but it certainly sounds like you're on the road to recovery. Namaste!

    Thank you so much. Have been researching supplements & foods to help - and they did help. Even found a supplement (EMMA) to gentle my lifelong problem of constipation - in one day, felt better with softer stools - have been going 2 to 3 times a day instead of going once or twice a week. The neuropathy seems also to be getting better with the supplements I am now taking daily along with drinking more water, lessening sugar intake, cutting carbs & eating specific fruits, vegetables, fish & of course, Turmeric with Pepper, Ginger, flax & chia, Avocado, etc. So, looks like I did: intent, lost fear, commitment, gratitude, visualization & some meditation. Regarding No. 5 - my Doctor told me to stop a couple of vitamins & to continue taking Atorvastatin & 81 mg Aspirin - but that's okay because all the others things I am taking & eating are still helping. And I will start No. 7 - daily affirmations. Thank you again - I LOVE your channel. Judi.

    Hello Dr M! Your resourceful videos are absolutely irreplaceable! Not only that you include your expertise in the PN field, you also encompass spiritual elements which are invisible healing otherwise. I have been much encouraged by your guidance. I used to hold a very gloomy outlook of my PN as most available information suggests no cure and deterioration over time. Your nutrients formula are super guiding channel because you explained so well. Your videos and feedbacks are my guiding stars and I can barely wait for soon coming improvements on my PN. Just now while watching this video, I got up and did a short session exercise as affirmation.
    I just want to show my appreciation of and admiration for your generosity in sharing all these wonderful top notch advice not found elsewhere.
    I am sure that you will be handsomely rewarded somehow by the super power.
    Have a most joyful Holiday Season! I will, like many others, remain to be your loyal fans.

Whenever Dr. C & I film one of these we get excited, just like kids on Christmas day, in hopes that it touches the souls and sheds light on people much in need. The thought of bringing hope to even one person lights our soul up. So, when you are so gracious to share this feedback and praise, well, to say it's much appreciated is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Good for you for celebrating with an exercise affirmation. Next week, I will be releasing our healing affirmation video so keep your eye out for that. Don't hesitate to let me know if you need any specific guidance. Have a very blessed holiday. Sending love and light out to you!!!

      Hi Behrad. Yes, I do remember you. If you could hear me right now, you would hear the huge 'Sigh' I just let out. Too many doctors are too quick to blame the patient and tell them their symptoms are all in their head simply because they (the doctors) haven't been able to pinpoint the problem. So, Behrad, no I don't believe these symptoms are in your head. These are definitely symptoms of some type of nerve involvement. Simply because it hasn't shown up on the tests that your doctors have run, doesn't mean it's not real. There definitely appears to be something that's being missed. In order to help you, I recommend that you set up a telephone or zoom conference with us. We work with people around the globe; this is how we do it. Once the consult is set up you will submit any and all of your lab and/or diagnostic tests for us to review. I can't tell you how many times doctors miss things that we are able to identify. We will go through an in-depth medical consult with you to get a much clearer history. If this is something you would like to do, email us at: info@nuphoria.com
      Hang in there. We'll do our best to help you get to the bottom of this. Blessings.

    I have severe sciatica in my right leg due to a fall that tipped my pelvis.
    I’ve had one cortisol shot, 4 Epurdurals, chiropractor visits, acupuncture and nothing touches the pain. What do I do? The pain is constant so I’d rather just sit than try walking. Can you give me any advice?

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Carole. I'm so sorry you're suffering with Sciatica like this. OK-based on the fact that you've tried a lot of different approaches, I would recommend you get an MRI. You want to find out if the sciatica is coming from a disc problem or if it's coming from compression of the piriformis muscle. Now, this is just an educated guess not having examined you or seen any diagnostics, but more than likely you will need a combination of chiropractic adjustments, along with physical therapy and myofascial release work (deep tissue massage). It's important to do all of these things at the same time to get maximum effectiveness. In the meantime, start with these 2 videos for strengthening the piriformis muscle and glutes and stretching them. This should help. Here are the links:

    I feel hungry and weak after taking 2 capsules nuphoria Gold in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon and it is torturous, can I reduce the dose?

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Kieren. It sounds like your blood sugar (glucose) is dropping very low. The R-ALA in N. Gold increases insulin sensitivity which can decrease glucose levels. This is a good thing unless your blood sugar drops too low. This would cause you to feel weak and hungry. Yes, by all means, decrease your serving in half. Take 1 capsule A.M. and the 2nd capsule mid-afternoon. Make sure you take this with food to prevent your glucose from tanking.
      Do this for 1 month then increase your afternoon serving to 2 capsules (with food) while leaving your AM amount at 1 capsule. Follow this for another 30 days then go back up to the regular amount (2 caps A.M-w/food and 2 caps midday/w-food). Anytime you have any questions about N. Gold and Blue please don't hesitate to call our toll-free number (844-400-0101) or email us at: info@nuphoria.com. This way you'll get a response much quicker than waiting for me to answer the TH-cam comments.

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Mike. Thanks so much for your honesty. So, the first piece of advice that I have for you is that I want you to change the way you describe yourself. Do not say, "I'm a pessimistic thinker." because this implies this is inherit and a permanent part of you when it's not (unless you choose for it to be). Instead, say I have a tendency to think pessimistic thoughts, but I'm working to change that. This is the first step in rewiring your brain. The 2nd step is to surround yourself with positive-thinking people and the 3rd step is to make sure you're listening to or reading positive material. I'm rooting for you. Blessings.
