I’m from England but I find your videos very inspirational. I’m 52, lost 6 stone during the first lockdown and have a marriage that isn’t the best. I love listening to your advice on how to make sure I am the best me I can be. I can’t always buy the products you recommend because I’m in a different country but I still learn from your advice. This was just the pick me up I needed. I got divorced four years ago and have felt terrible about myself ever since. This too is my second divorced. My second marriage lasted twenty-seven years and I've developed such a low opinion of myself. Having two divorces has made me feel ashamed to be around family and friends. But, I feel so much better that I'm not the only one, which I knew, but the fact that its you makes me feel so much better. I hope that doesn't come across wrong. But, thank you for sharing! I have such a deep respect for you and I consider you to be a classy, strong and beautiful woman. You are truly an inspiration , Thank you!

Cathy! You sound like such a sweet lady. I happened to read your comment and what really stood out to me is the part you mentioned being embarassed around family bc of your two divorces. I remember that feeling when I was single and everyone asked, when are you getting married? What’s wrong? Although, it’s different, it made me think of those moments. The great thing in this life whether single and never married or divorced is that we can explore life. Travel, volunteer, join meet-ups, and explore the world and people around us. ❤️ Wishing you great things! ❤️

As a long time follower and one who has loved every single episode, this one was extra special. Loved this style of Q&A, the flow, your generosity to open your home, your life and heart. Thank you doesn't convey my appreciation of all that you do but thank you and love from Toronto. As a professional women in her late 50's, I left my marriage, started from scratch with no money and began again between the tears and strength. I was a role model for my children and did it with grace. I believe I am a better person now than I ever have been and my kids blossomed more than they would have. Thanks for sharing about your transition. A life well lived is not without those.

P.s last year it was big changes for me too.. I quit my job after almost 10 years..i got divorced after 15 years of marriage and i got my driving license after 15 years of phofibia.. I wish you all the best.. Just know that you are not alone... You are very strong women!!

I was watching one of your TH-cam videos last week and you talked a lot about “self care” this resonated with me a lot and I have not stopped thinking about this. I care for many people (elderly neighbours, children, husband, animals, etc). as many women do and I have not looked after myself well (overweight, not taking pride in what I look like and wear). I am changing all this and the word self care is always in my head now. Thank you so much, you are so inspiring in such a wonderful positive way.

Thank you for your honesty, Dominique! I am 55, divorced and no children. I love my freedom. I have been following you for a little over a year after the suggestion of a friend who was also a TV anchor and it now "retired". She is writing a book too..lol. She highly recommended that I follow you and I am glad that I am. It is because of you that I have ramped up the care of my skin everyday and night. You are an inspiration to all of us mid life gals. We definitely need a peer in the mid life age range who gets the skin care and how to do it. Thanks again!
