Scott, this video was so much better than the previous video that I just watched. You right to showing and discussing the actual work!

Very smart with the bracing especially if you don’t have a frame jig built for one of these cars the second best way to keep these cars in line is this direction forsure great advice keep it coming

    Hey Scott!
I've owned 4 Mustangs over the years, and am currently looking for my next project Mustang. My mind is BLOWN away by the price of Fastbacks.
Your videos are inspiring me to look for a coupe, and convert it to a fastback. Thank you for making these videos and posting them.
Where is the email address to get these free plans and color coded charts? I can't wait to dive in!

Sorry for the slow reply! I have been sick with COVID for about two weeks. I am feeling way better now but still a little behind. Since I made this video I have replaced the parts list with a comprehensive parts guide complete with pictures and illustrations. It is a $10 download from Gumroad but it is well worth it for the information you are getting. to get your copy you can download it here: coupetofastback.gumroad.com/l/fjoxw?_ga=2.90709274.1490805738.1672684187-602377029.1672684187&_gl=1*astpeh*_ga*NjAyMzc3MDI5LjE2NzI2ODQxODc.*_ga_6LJN6D94N6*MTY3MjY4NDIxNi4xLjAuMTY3MjY4NDIxNi4wLjAuMA..

@@ScottHarness1 thanks for the reply. Glad you're better Pastor Harness. I've been working my way through your great videos and figured out you upgraded your manual. I'll be downloading it as soon as I get a coupe, and a hacksaw! :)

I am trying to establish a baseline level datum from which I can level the ‘68 Coupe, so I can level the car? If you have any proven methods, I would be willing to pay for them (there is No info on the Web )?

    • @ScottHarness1

I level the car with regular construction levels. I don’t use any to the floor measurements because I have braced the car and welded in the subframe connectors and x brace so the integrity of the car won’t change. I discussed this in my subframe connector video. Screw jack stands like for and RV work best.

Cost of good rebuildable coupes has been skyrocketing has anybody noticed? Good thing I already own a restored #'s fb, but would like another to have a protouring mod car.

Everything Mustang is going through the roof...Still if you can do the work a coupe conversion is a great value. If you spend too much on the original car and have to hire someone to do the work I think you could have more money in the end result but hang on to it a few years and it'll still be worth more.
