Hello All ! Still very much enjoying my 600X and I have finally had my first flat. It was due to goatheads!#% I have really been struggling with getting the tire on and off but I refreshed myself on the process by using your great video. I was wondering if it is important to completely remove the tire to re-install the tube? I have been just removing one side but perhaps I am overlooking an important step. Also when you say to overinflate to get beas to pop in how much are we talking? I have gone to 60 psi and still no pop... Thanks!
You don't have to take it all the way off, but make sure that you check the tire for any leftover goat head. If the bead is set, you are ok. You can tell by checking it visually as well! If you have any questions, send us a video- info@prioritybicycles.com
Like you can see in RVD's rides on the Colorado Trail, the 600X stands up to rugged terrain. As a note, if you want something as a more dedicated trail mountain bike, you might want something with longer travel and more aggressive handlebars.
I just tried to change mine due to a flat. The beads do NOT! Break that easily. On a new bike it probably does. I gave up after 30 min and took it to a bike shop and watched them struggle with it lol.
what tire ranges can this bike use?
Thanks for this great video.

Super handy. Thanks!
Thoughts about using tire inserts such as CushCore XC?
Does this bike make a good mountain bike along with its bike packing functionality?

you are selling tube set up? not tubeless? while WTB is my last choice, they have ample tubeless selections for wheels and tires.
They are tubeless ready. If any rider wants to make the conversion, they definitely can!
@@PriorityBicyclesNYC why not sell them with nicer maxxis tires instead?
Is the belt/chain on left side?
Do the current models come with the quick release? You said some might come with other types of axle?
Paying attention to which way the tread goes very important! Doing things twice is not fun😂
Done that plenty of times, especially with brand new Continental tires where you definitely need a bead jack when first installing
I don't have the same Axel on my 600x
PSA: go tubeless as you're not going to be able to get those Rangers off the rim trail-side, unless you have Hulk-hands.
He makes it look so easy! But I know I'm kind of a wimp and would probably struggle.
