@@-Severus I know, but I lived in Osaka in 48th floor some months with my girlfriend, the views were amazing but also give you feel scary all the time when you go near the windows... like is too much high... and specially during the storms shaking all the building, I can not imagine in UK then... is too much better have 2 or 3 floor house with views to some park or the beach with your garage avoiding elevators too.

@@aru8302 oh, yes, for those afraid of hights it isn't the best, also those who fear storms. I just thought that you were only thinking about Grey sky's when it comes to the view, but yeah, it can be frightening with storms when your high up. If Hights or storms aren't a bother then the views can be great.

The place looks nice (though surprisingly cramped for a 3.8 mill property, I think the interior designer overstuffed the place with furniture, personally I get the feeling you are getting a 2 million appartment and pay an additional 2 million for the location) but there is something quite dystopian about "you can see this industrial building from here, its amazing"

This is a beautiful use of space. I love the color scheme and how each room flows for maximum comfort. The great views, the balcony (that still maintains privacy because of that curved design). STUNNING! Just stunning. I could see myself living there. Props to the people who live in this particular apartment, they have a very elegant sense of style.

An interesting and well-presented property video. However, as with most info I receive from agents, the asking price is mentioned but the annual/monthly management fees get overlooked. I have seen some very interesting properties well within my budget but the management fees made them unaffordable.

Got anything with great views but on the north bank, tiny bit northwest and south-facing? (preferably an actual penthouse with balconies and roof access). This 3.8mil one is nice in many was but I can't past the idea of south bank and north-facing.

Rather small rooms for nearly 4 million and it’s on the South side of the Thames so should be cheaper than the North side I would have thought.
    Classy little flat though 😋

5:40...Utility Room..."You've got a washer and dryer in here, so you don't have to look at it, so that's nice"..Yes, that is nice but geeks like me might have enjoyed a quick peak at the sort of high end technology that they've got in there (probably Miele!) just to see how they match up to mine. Would only have taken a second...

The apartment is fantastic. But I’m not a fan of the way they are filming it. I found it to be a little bit annoying. I don’t like how you can’t see much with a video camera. And then the zooming with a picture of the small area. I’d rather see everything with the video camera to get a full view.

If I saved every single penny of my current wage and didn't spend any of it, it would take me 238 years to be able to afford this flat... Saying that, it is nice and the views are amazing!

I worked around the corner from these apartments while they were being built a worker was killed while the construction was going on, one of the windows fell out and hit him on the ground floor 😯😳

Seems a reasonable asking price, compared to what you get for that in Sydney.

The question we should all be asking is who and where all the investors come from that invested in these properties, my bet is mainly from foreign countries, easy way to clean money.

Well yeah, it'll be Dubai or Russia. That's all London real estate is. It's a city built on laundering money for Putin
