This might sound picky, in finishes “marble” and “marble effect”, “wood” and “wood effect” etc. mean very different things. If I’d put marble in the property and it was described as “marble effect” or if I bought a property and it was described as “marble” but was only “marble effect” I’d be very disappointed.

This is my favourite property along with Whitelands in SGH. That view for me is absolutely phenomenal to have just imagine new year's eve there. Incredible property.

Couldn't agree more, Matts brother Tom and his wife are a good team while they travel. However all the others just ruin the channel and remove it far from what it was plus they don't seem to really know what they're talking about with very little knowledge!

£17m and the shower doors don't open properly. Would have been nice to see the entrance/concierge and the parking facilities.

If there is one thing that I know about people is that they don't like change. Ignore the frumpy comments ma'am, you did excellent! Gorgeous property too!
No offence to these new individuals presenting these luxurious properties but we need Matt and summer back, it just doesn’t feel the same anymore. The way they present is unmatched, no pauses and no awkward introductions to the next room just straight confident yet coherent communication. They just naturally bring a homely vibe to the channel and yes the nice lady here does bring a comforting atmosphere however this channel isn’t the same without Matt and summer. It’s almost as if I got separation anxiety

The price is not bad at all for where your at I would not mind living there. Of corse if I had that kinda money I would build my dream home and it be cheaper but that view is worth 17mil on it's own

Well, I have to admit I was not expecting much from the host...I was pleasantly mistaken. You are well versed in materials and finishes. You don't just say "beautiful or stunning" to describe everything which is frankly very refreshing. You are either well read or well travelled, possibly both. Regardless it was a thorough presentation. I have seen this property shown at least twice before, and this presentation was by far the best. Keep up the great work.
Elizabeth, I think you're from Liverpool or close-by. I can tell with the sutbte, scouse (or north west) nuances jumping out here and there (very difficult to iron-out with presenter-speak, but you're doing a good job!)...I sincerely wish you all the very best with this channel👍

We had great Fish & Chips right around the corner at Fishcotheque
Flew in special marble from Patagonia and it has a really marbled look. LOL This is the first time a host distracted me from the showing just by being so funny! Oooooh that London Eye VIEW a VERY BIG FRIDGE......WOW

Loved the presenter and her presentation. Although I enjoyed the stunning property, it was also hard to look away from the presenter as she is also stunning.
Great tour but would appreciate it more a property tour, not an interior design tour. Furniture and soft furnishings are the easiest bit. Want to see the floor plan, if there's a direct lift etc.
I think Matt and Summer should pay attention and work with Elizabeth more. She proved to be a bright talent, beautiful, great relationship with the camera and did an excellent job showing the apartment around with ease. She literally lit up that apartment with her presence. She should cast to be a TV presenter!

@@radium1977 Matt and Summer always kind of seemed like the kind of trustfundy types that really didn't want to work too hard and instead travel the world and party it up and I guess they are doing that while having other people do their job. It will eventually kill this channel. If Tom and Jas were smart they would have their channel just start doing what they are doing now rather than keeping this channel alive and doing all the work.
OK,I would pay the asking price just for that front row seat of the London Eye NYE fireworks display!

There’s actually nowhere to put a large screen TV, other than reconfiguring that bookshelf area in the living room. There’s a lot to like about this penthouse though with the large outdoor space, high ceilings, and great views. Nice that it’s not too high up as well. It has been on the market quite a long time now. I suspect many buyers in this bracket don’t want to purchase the million pounds worth of furniture and would prefer to design it to their own tastes.

I think for that money I would prefer Chelsea/Kensington (Freehold) period, possibly grade 2 listed property and till have change. Would only take 5 mins to get there from this place. This lady likes her coffee, as I do lol, but I think in the winter months it would be a bit too chilly to be sitting outside. If I was looking in this area is would be the old white buildings with black front doors and definitely wouldnt buy leasehold no matter how beautiful the place.
I saw this being constructed ( kinda went up fast ) as I worked near County Hall Riverside Building. The view are priceless from the Penthouse bar none. This location is UBER busy 24/7/365. I agree with you @Jules Forsyth

The smaller kitchen is called a butlers kitchen and you’re right it would used by a chef coming over to cook for the evening
Perhaps in the UK? Plenty of people put in a scullery/butler’s kitchen/butler’s pantry simply to have an extra working space/storage space/messy area, no chefs involved…but that would be lovely 😅
I have read every single comment. I have been working in art galleries in London for as many years as this property is worth millions. I love the presentation of xiou-xiou, I would say it is the best presentation. That penthouse is a work of art and must be sold from that point of view. The internal design is extraordinary. I would like to be invited to see it, and contribute from an artistic and disinterested point of view what you may be missing. I promise nothing. I would pay £20M without hesitation.

lease will be 999 years or near enough as it's a new build and service charge on a place like this about £12.09 per sq ft
Now then whose this? It seems every time I watch this blog its someone different presenting it (Matt and Summer who ?).. Great apartment and so it should be for 17mil. But cant help but think what that sort of cash could buy you else where, with acers of woodland and gardens and views to die for .. When having my morning coffee.
Wish there’d been a floor plan, it’s hard to get perspective on the place.
