    Any regrets with the 35g, like wishing you had gone to the 50g?

      No, I’m really happy with it. It’s the perfect size for what I use it for and it’s easy to haul on my 14k dump trailer.

      @@CascadiaLumberworks Awesome. I was just curious. The ability to haul easy is a big deal. Thanks.

    I'm looking to buy a 35g long stick out of Portland in the next few weeks. Have you been pretty happy with yours? Any issues with it?

      I’ve been really happy with mine so far. It’s a bit small for some applications, but for 99% of what I need it for it’s more than sufficient. Definitely get the long stick and the quick attach if you can. I have to admit that I’ve only really cleared brush with it so far, but I have no reason to believe that’s it’s not a good digger as well!

      @@CascadiaLumberworks thanks for the quick response. Well that's good to hear. Is between the JD 35g and the Bobcat E35. Either machine will work great I'm sure. Great videos, keep up the good work.

      Thank you. I suspect they are both comparable and either one is a good choice.

    How big of a log will that one pick up?

    • @CascadiaLumberworks
      @CascadiaLumberworks  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’ll probably pick up the butt cut and second cut of that log that I bucked. Maybe a bit bigger. It’ll definitely pick up more than the thumb and bucket can hold.

      I would go with the dealer with the best reputation because the machines are comparable in most ways. The reason I go with John Deere is that they always go above and beyond to take care of warranty issues. I can't speak to Bob Cat as I've never had one. I'm happy with John Deere so that's what I buy. You may also want to consider proximity of the dealership. Which one is closer to you. If there's a big difference in distance I would seriously look at the closer one first.
