Robbie is probably the only pop star I like several songs from and he's a very good performer. I hope you'll check out more by him.
Robbie is a legend. This concer was huge. so many hits and deep cuts are really good.
Robbie started out in Take That. Went solo & a little bit nuts with it all, as you do. He really puts on a great gig, there's usually a 'swing' section too where he does his best Sinatra & Dean Martin. If I remember correctly these Knebworth gigs were record breaking.
Robbie Williams' background is with 90's British boyband "Take That" which he joined at age 16. They had a huge following in the UK. Robbie had a notorious and long-lasting spat with fellow band member Gary Barlow though they have since reconciled. Robbie went on to his own successful solo career ... "Take That" are still producing music to this day ...
I can't believe this has only 89 likes, including mine. This was an awesome performance, and a great reaction. Keep up the great work Brad.
Ha Ha.! Brad you need to watch this entire concert. At least do "Feel", "Undone", and "Angels" live from this concert - absolutely unreal.
Kids, too. Awesome!!!
Man is the best live showman since Freddie Mercury. Check out the rest of his knebworth concert and his Swing when you're wining gig at Albert hall. The monkey in his story is his addiction. He's a great story teller.
thsis was recored at the knebworth concert 125k people a night for three nights.
this is about his strugles with addiction.
other songs you should check out:
angels, come undone, let me entertain you, rock dj,
robbie is the best storyteller on planet earth! (you can check his interviews)
this song is a methaphore to whats wrong with him and his addiction. monkey = drugs. he is out of it now. sober since 2007.
this song has a really deep meaning when you get the methaphore.
pls react to more robbie!!!!! come undone / feel / let me entertain you - same concert - live at knebworth.
They end up in Vegas, but they have a Mexican stand-off with a Mexican who confronts them. Robbie is an addict in recovery - this song is a metaphor for what he was like on drugs, inspired in part by a trip to Vegas. Though he insists the bit about the whores is not *literally* true.
If you pay attention to the video of the monkey near the end, you can see the monkey glitching and Robbie appears instead of it.
Supposedly the song is about the saying to "Have a monkey on your back". So no actually about a monkey, but more metaphorically about himself and his history with drug abuse and those kind of shenanigans.
Really a great artist 👏👋🎶🎶👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌
He’s my little monkey🙉❤❤
Angels, live on knebworth..and something funny stuff: come undone...also live on knebworth, will blow ur mind....trust
🔥🔥🔥
This is not my usual genre but I have become a Robbie superfan. Us Americans missed out big time.
I'm with ya Mike. His popularity all over the world other than in the states is insane. Am still scratching my head on how we missed out.
@@duncansbuddy its partly coz he gave up. he tried to break america especially with the 5th album Escapology. But then with all the drama he had with the press and paparazzi in the uk he decided he liked being a nobody in california so decided to live there and didnt really try break america.
