I put a tin of warm water in the oven when the oven is preheating to create steam. I sometimes put an ice cube or two as the bread is baking and take out the tin when the timer reaches 10 minutes.
She answered in one of the korean comments. She said it depends on the flour but try to first add 10-15% more water and it will require kneading to avoid the dough getting stiff.

사용하는 밀가루의 특성에따라 조금씩 차이가 있겠지만 일단 제 레시피 기본 물양의 10-15 프로정도 더 넣어줘보고 뻑뻑하지 않게 반죽해 주세요.

저는 물 300 그람보다는 200그람이 좋았어요! 오븐시간도 20분 보다는 30분으로 하니 내부도 다 잘 익어서 베이킹 되었어요 ㅎ 20분 했을땐 안에 아직 반죽이 남아있었어요 ㅎ 영상 보시는 분들도 자기 환경에 맞게 한번 시간이나 양을 조절 해보심 좋을듯 해여!
