Done the whole lot of that from bamford to mam to win hill the lot to, true kinder top. Took me a year due to length of the whole horseshoe. But my what a year amazing 👍
I did this circular today with my dog. Your video was my inspiration and I followed your route more a less to a point. Took me 4 hours to do the 7 or so miles but I don’t think that was too bad for a 28st bloke. Thanks again 👍
I have some mobility issues and we managed mam tor from the carpark near the top 😊 It's not alot for most ppl but for me it was like climbing everest (even with the flagstone steps)😂 And the views were stunning thank you for recommending this walk in peak district
Is it me or is there something wrong with the background. You move but the scenery stays still and the skyline stutters and doesn’t seem right. Great video

It's a lovely circular hike but definitely tourist central. Thanks for sharing.
Great video Joe. Enjoyed it as it brought back happy memories from one of my first trips in my little camper. Thanks for posting.

Glad you had a wonderful time 😁
The Peak District hills are a great safe introduction for novice walkers before you graduate to Wales , The Wainwrights and the Scottish Munroes.
PERFECT presentation ... the balance between commentary and panoramic viewing was spot on. Many thanks.
Thank you 😁
I've lost count how many times I've done that walk always great views
Ive done it 3 or 4 times and always enjoy it
Thank you Joe for sharing another glorious walk! The views are absolutely stunning! All the best to you from Massachusetts!
Love this place so much! Need to visit again soon and would love to experience a beautiful sunrise there!
Would be spectacular!
What a fascinating and informative video! I’d need a medivac to get home but congrats on such an amazing walk!
Heading to Edale for two nights camping on Tuesday! Going to the the great ridge and Mam Tor. Can't wait!
Enjoy the walk!
@@WalkingintheWildwithJoeJackson Thank you!
A nice walk for a damp mid week in February, if you get out early

@@brianchesser6667 oh it might be the youtube compression perhaps!
It's harder doing it in the opposite direction walking from Hope up to lose hill and on to mam tor
It is a bit steeper on the way up for sure
What’s the elevation at the top of Mam Tor?
517m (1696ft)
Mother Hill 😊
