KoF XI had a notable Color Edit. In addition to characters, you could edit the colors of (most) their projectiles, auras, flames, etc. For example, you can give Iori orange flames for each of his moves. Including his SDMs and LDM.
The fg makers act like the games only need to have one of these: either costume customization, or a deeper customization, or different costumes. No other idea wander over their heads.
Melty Blood Type Lumina has it, and Under Night 2 will release with it as well (it's probably going to work the same way as Type Lumina, where the colors for each part of the character are from all the palettes the character actually has).
Kids now will never understand the feels and impact when we first saw the Champion Edition (and then Turbo) colours for the original cast. Truly magical.

I feel like I should know this one, but nothing came to mind. 7 - Either Kappa or maybe Blanka Honda, or "Blonda" if I can give it a canon name. Which, considering my multiple loss streaks in SF6, this is one very terrifying fusion.
The Cammy one to me looks like it could be based on Pandora Mode from SF X Tekken. Black skin, purple clothing, white highlights (in this case, the gloves).
