How are you tying those? With the segmentation I bet it would be an easy ant.
I just tie a base and then a few wraps in the joint, I do allnthe wraps and whip finish right over the joint.
so you just tie one in in the middle a few wraps of hackle whip finish and go?
Pretty much. I lay a thread wrap down the hook to conceal the hook, then just tie in the middle to secure.
In your other video you said that sometime your tying a hundred fly a day but my question is what are you doing with all those fly?? Selling them? Collect them? 😅
I sell to a couple shops and several fisherman.
