This bag is absolutely beautiful, I have it in black with gold got mine brand new from the store and it looks just like yours. I actually love how soft it is, the bottom is not smooth but that’s just the nature of the bag. Enjoy this hard to come by beauty!!

I purchased it as soon as I had saved enough for it because you don't ever know when VCA will discontinue a stone and then the price skyrockets on the secondary market. That probably will not happen given the availability of the stone but I didn't want to take any chances. Good luck and I hope you get it soon!
Lol...It isn't. It's a bad case of "do not care" and poor packaging by a sales associate who wasn't helping their own customer. My sales associate was very persistent in getting the bag from them as it was the last one in the company and I think they were just annoyed.

It just that in recent years, Chanel has been producing sub-par quality bags & packing one of their bags in a manner, that altered its shape is just unforgivable!
