Hi! Great questions. The setting is very secure and there's virtual no wear at all on the diamond or the setting because of the design. I think it's closest to a bezel set and it's slightly inset a bit. I don't think you could have a more protective diamond setting design, hence why I never worry about the diamond. There is no snagging at all on the diamond - because of the design, I think I can say that it's virtually impossible. But, the cuff itself can get tangled up a bit with other bracelets that aren't bangles or that aren't very stiff (like my VCA alhambra bracelets but my Tennis Bracelet doesn't snag or get tangled up at all because it's more structured) . I don't have to clean it up very often at all but it does always have extra sparkle after a cleaning. I clean it up maybe 1 to 2 times a month. And not because I think it looks dull just because I will remember how much better the gold looks after a cleaning. So, I'm not sure about if I would buy with the diamond again but maybe. Currently , the price difference is 900 in yellow and 950 in white gold . Let me explain. When I first bought it, it's because I was positive that within the year, I would be also getting the white gold version. The white gold version looks steely gray and not bright white unless it has a diamond in it because Cartier doesn't rhodium plate their white gold in the Love collection without diamonds. Also, usually I think they make the bracelet a little thicker to accommodate the diamond setting and I wanted them to stack perfectly. If I decide to add the white gold one, I'll be very happy I got this one with the diamond but it might not have been necessary if I go with a different bracelet (Currently really eyeing the white gold clash, it's stunning and design is fascinating. ) Sorry for the very long response, I hope this helps you though! ❤️

What you mentioned about it getting snagged with other bracelets I hadn’t thought about. I have one of those cape cod bangles with the gold ball and a David Yurman 18k gold cable with the small diamonds going around the domes and is also thin… both are 3mm. Wonder if tangling would be an issue now / if they would look out of place stacked with the cuff

@@brkfstinbed no problem! I don't have any issues with stacking with any bangles but it bugs me a lot with "softer " bracelets. So much so, that I don't wear them on the same side very often anymore. I just looked up both your bracelets (which are very pretty by the way 😍) and I doubt you would have a tangling issue. I would definitely bring to the store when you try on though, because I'm not sure how it will stack. I just get crazy when something doesn't look like with what i had in my head 😆. @@littleluxetreasures1797 it’s significantly thinner and slightly lighter in weight than the 21p caramel. The 21p caramel leather is more textured and slightly heavier due to the thick leather and also more puffy.

I don' t really wear my bags a lot as i rarely go to fancy places and I don't wear Chanel to work as a social worker 😀I do wear them to church sometimes though. Really love the Chanel 19 pouch but i guess it might be hard to get

Hi Kagem! I know this is a trite thing to say but it's so true... each lot is so different. I think i couldn't scratch my vintage gym bag if i tried (a bit of an exaggeration but not that much) while my Caramel 19 is very dent prone. It's not as delicate as people say but you do have to pay some attention. I mainly watch out for my nails and the chains and don't set it down on anything not soft. Also, I don't bring at all when raining. I'm not scared of lambskin at all though. It's got such a rich look and just a little more precaution is needed, but it's doable.

I also need a red mini for a nice contrast but it's hard to find the right true red shade. I like the fact that you have the C19 is the more pinky color because I would think those big quilts, especially in the larger size, would show off the complexity of the color very nicely. I'm with you on the longer list. Ahhhh.... As far as the C22, my SA has sent me pics but I know for Chanel, you don't understand how beautiful the bags are until you see them in person. I think they could give off a real cool girl style, but I'm not sure how I would style it and think I might struggle with that. Because of that, and the fact that I haven't tried one on, it hasn't been on my Wishlist. If it was a little more structured in some way (even like a hobo), and I could get my arms around pulling off the look, I would pull the trigger. Do you have looks you would wear it with?

Hi Mimi! This one is made out of aged calfskin. I finally found the tag (of course it was the only one not in the right place) and it didn't have that detail. The receipt didn't have it either, it but I believe I remember seeing it on the app as such. And usually reissues come in aged calfskin. I hope this helps!

But I have this problem, it takes me at least 3 -4 months to start using a bag. To get over potentially "messing it up", I guess? I do it every time and it's so irritating. Sometimes I will not even take the stickers off of it. Smh. But I do love it and think the Caramel will be the easiest to work in.
