“Surfing only with a 3D printer” pulls out, food, servos, radio, shelter, pans, more food, power toos, fire pit, pre chopped logs, fishing hooks, submarine,
As someone unfamiliar with your style I think it would have been nice if you started by filling us in on all the luggage you brought with you, because it was definitely more than a raft, battery, and printer.
Great job with the transitions picking out printed parts from the screen showing them in CAD, those were really well done. The simulated glass top falling over your head was also very realistic, it almost looked like this actually happened but then I realized that no one can actually be this dense. It looked so real though!
Humans make mistakes Desmond, not everyone is perfect. calling someone Dense for a minor oversight makes you the dense one. You are either very stupid. or just lack any kind of self-awareness. you have issues Desmond.
I was like, "Oh let me guess it's a whole bunch of 12 volt DC hardware that he's going to run off their AC->DC power supplies while getting the AC from a wasteful inverter powered by a 12+ volt DC battery..", and I wasn't wrong was I? This guy should be an example of how not to look optimized.
I like your videos but sometimes it is just to obvious when a video is made just for the sponsor. More fun when you make videos because you want to do something and the sponsor just "helps"
then Pay him money so he does not have to depend on sponsors? why do you people keep whining about free entertaining videos that you get to watch? move on.
You fascinate every time. It's always a highlight when you release a new video. You don't go Mark Rober big and stick to the smaller projects. x100 in entertainment.
Before checking what printer: “Ohh, nice, someone surviving 3 days on a raft with a 3d printer” After seeing it’s just an creality sponsor: “Naah, next one”
My man @RCLifeOn brings a whole boat, 3D printer, and gaming setup but not a knife and fork to eat is tuna! 😂💪this is literally why people subscribe to his channel!!
Holy cow, never recognized how much video editing is doing. Check 0:15 and following seconds, when his face sometimes is smooth and for short time not. What a difference...
That was insane xD Great video. Middle of the lake with barely any roof doesn't seem like a proper place for a full pc, 3d printers and all that batteries 😅
imagine bringing a self-made Prusa i3-style printer from the prime year of 2015 onto the raft instead then spend the rest of the 72 hour trying to get it to work and leveling the thing
aluminum foil doesnt retain heat very well at all, it has a really low volume with a really high surface area. It can heat up quite fast but it will also dissipate it extremely quickly. Thats why aluminum foil fresh out of the oven is not hot to the touch
Kids, it’s a bad idea to print knifes, forks, or anything else on a 3d printer. It’s not food safe and may introduce toxic particles from the printer or the filament into your food! Even filaments that are specifically designed to be food safe are safe under a very limited set of parameters.
Next video, Simon 3D prints a rocket and travels to the dark side of the moon, has tea party with Elon Musk and films it all on a sponsored DJI Action camera. Epic video as always - du gør det godt!
PLS more of this! Even if you will cheat and break some of you own rules - it`s so fun to watch! I would eagerly watch stream of this survival, and make models for you during stream
This is how all of us nerds with disposable income justify our gadget addiction. "See honey? I caught ONE fish and ONE clam using tens of thousands of dollars worth of electronics. Told you it was worth it!"
how did you not melt the battery connector when you heated up the wire? using your old tutorial i built a similar igniter with nicrome wire and it melted and burned down the plane i attached it too
I think you might have broken rule 1 of yt sponsorship rules, yoy didnt once state that it was a sponsored video despite it being a sponsored video, you can get a strike or worse for doing this, please be careful in the future, It would suck to lose a channel as great as this one
Catching a fish on the 3d printed line was next level!
its pretty cool but seeing my friend mike in his kitchen catch a mouse out of the stove with a fishing rod and bread as bait was next level fishing
What a crossover
damn, ogs watching this stuff make me feel smart
I would recommend that he could have just use the filament from the spool directly
I've always thought you would be strong enough to use as a fishing line! Way to go for proving that idea right!!!
“Surfing only with a 3D printer” pulls out, food, servos, radio, shelter, pans, more food, power toos, fire pit, pre chopped logs, fishing hooks, submarine,

Still a good vid tho
still pure cinema
camping with Steve and rclifeon on strange rafts in the same week? We're bringing TH-cam back!
It's a very wet week
Let's goooo
Hellz yeah! Is it already Christmas?
Sovietwomble also posted a fishing video!

"use only these" has also ledlights, Powertools, airfryer etc etc ;D
It's not meant to be a serious survival situation. It's survivor trolling, lol.

Don’t forget the literal submarine
You should ask for a laptop for Christmas 😂😂😂 Nice video
Never! Desktop bros unite!
@@Jimmy___ you not gonner take a destop on a raft you know he lost alot of power just by useing one
Or just 3d print one

Dude, you have to fucking make money? What do you think? He’s an independent fucking millionaire that can just live off a fucking farts? What a moron.
I agree
I was literally just about to say the same thing.

1:38 Thought you were gonna drop the entire printer 😂
David Attenborough voice clone with the spicy commentary FTW🤣
7:12 There is a "short" video here
That bark chip was just happy to be a part of it all.
Just a 3D printer .... Pay no attention to the tools, firepit, stove, batteries, lights, food, the list goes on.
FIRST UNCLE JESSIE´S DOOR AND NOW THE TOP GLASS COVER LOL
You manage to make me laugh like so few can. I'm a fan, Thank you RClifeOn Attenborough
My man @RCLifeOn brings a whole boat, 3D printer, and gaming setup but not a knife and fork to eat is tuna! 😂💪this is literally why people subscribe to his channel!!
Fun camping fact that blew my mind, get one of those lights that goes red or even better orange/amber and the bugs arent attracted to it at all.
this guy is going places ! ive been following and subscribed to this channel for some time now , never been bored ! keep up the good work !!!! :)
TH-camr hears testicles are now 50% microplastics and says "I can double that in 72 hours" ... plus, let's add Teflon 🙌💪💥
Been watching g for yrs and this is by far the best video so far. And making the raft rc.....GENIUS
Was the Attenborough stuff Ai generated?
I was wondering exactly the same thing. Pretty funny.
No, Sir Attenborough is his dad /S
Same here, I guess it was. pretty remarkable !
No, it actually WAS Attenborough. That was his third veto.
It's obvious that it's ai, but it's still kinda realistic
Great video, as always! The David Attenborough lines were a gem.
Love it!!! An EcoFlow would be an amazing addition to camper living for a couple months, Might have to purchase one, or make a battery bank
Holy cow, never recognized how much video editing is doing. Check 0:15 and following seconds, when his face sometimes is smooth and for short time not. What a difference...
best video idea ever 😃
Now that was roughing it - glad you survived!
This video idea is so stupid. AND THAT'S WHY I LOVE IT 😂

Next: A self-leveling gimble for a starlink terminal to stream from the raft
This may be your best yet!

I thought the reason was the bacteria that could grow in the gaps?
@ yes, this is one reason. I should’ve explicitly mentioned that.
Nice video as always Simon :)
Very awesome. Always enjoy what you come up with
I survived a 12 minute ecoflow ad with only a web browser.
why not use the ROV to get the glass panel for the printer?
extremely creative idea! love your vids in general but this was great
wow .. I just watched a 12 minute add. Well done.
Hey Uncle Jessy - look another Creality glass incident. :)
Yes, I have one of those Ecoflow power supplies on my future shopping list.
An pellet 3D printer and a plastic shredder would be amazing you can clean up the water and use the plastic
directly 😊
Not that much plastic in the waters in Sweden though 😂
@@jesperwall839 okay you are right 👍 but it would be interesting use it somewhere In South east Asia

Let's Gooooooooo EcoFlow! 😁👍
actually such a good video idea. Now do it in the woods!
awesome video man!
Nice vidje! Could watch this all day (make em longer ;))
You should have brought a laptop!!! 😂
I must say, sort of a unique video, it's definitely a first on you tube!
I didn't know David Attenborough got so spicy... :)
Please post affiliate link to the raft
You used the word “Only” very liberally.
and "jesus christ"
Got the tuna, got the fork, got microplastics
1:31 I THOUGHT HE WAS GONNA DROP THE PRINTER INTO THE WATER LOL

That top piece of that bambu labs container will be in that lake until the end of time now

RcLifeon Banger like the chocolate printer i think
Cool video im subscribing
I see that out of all the 3d printer you got, you brought the k1 over the Bambu lol. Don’t want to damage your Bambu over the k1
Insane fishing skills. Was 100% that filament line would break just from throwing it!
A very good video! One question, what software do you use to design the parts in 3D? A hug directly from Portugal
thats such a cool idea so for the algorithm....there ya go
GREAT video
Where did you get the wifi
Where did you go for a number two?! 😅😅
Would this Battery be easy to pull on a bike wagon? ( I want to build a moving Tent thingy.)

I wish I could do this, but I'm worried someone might say I'm trespassing or something. Also what kind of heater do you use?
