I’m not sure who the killer is but one theory I do have is that Safi was not the intended target. She was killed by accident and the killer is actually targeting Max.
Deck Nine and Square Enix know that Max and Chloe are the only reason this series of games even exist. I remain hopeful that Chloe will show up and be a main character. I wish the game were still episodic, but the option for early access suggests a giant cliffhanger at the end of episode 2. There were *no* rumours about Hannah Telle coming back, but here she is, and there rumours about a certain Chloe voice actor too, so we'll see. I think the game looks great, but I do wish they had stuck with a similar style from LiS1 and BtS. No one is looking for realism. But that's just an initial reaction, I might get over it and change my mind if everything else if great.

I get we care about choloe but let's be honest Chloe wasn't a good person. I'm ready to see other stories develop besides max and Chloe
