Dear professor Nageshwar. I am disappointed to see you give by asked analysis against Naidu repeatedly. I always admired you for your neutral and unbiased perspectives in this video and on many previous occasions. You repeatedly comfortably said that Naidu could not construct capital in five years. I think it is unfair on your part to easily say such things from what I remember and what you are comfortable comfortably forgetting is that at the time of bifurcation of AP state during 20 14, the state of Andhra Pradesh did not have a defined capital region. A committee was given at task, to find a suitable region for capital. I remember this committee to different almost all districts in the state and this process took six months. Once the capital region is finalised. It took some more time to develop a blueprint for the capital. We cannot simply build three buildings without a proper plan of the whole city. So the construction of these three buildings you mentioned cannot be done until a route map or a blueprint is designed for the capital city to finish all this. It took nearly one and half year, but still, you simply say they had five whole years of time, do you think it’s fair, how can you call yourself neutral and biased analyst when you are not being fair towards the first government of bifurcated Andhra Pradesh, people like you who have a lot of opportunities to speak who who can reach a lot of people should be more cautious. Don’t you think I think such negligence is the reason why, more and more people are starting to think that you are against some political entities in AP. It is no surprise. Such campaigns are happening against you. Even I am not able to understand because there is no other logical conclusion. Other than to say that you are somehow against some people, of AP.
I feel very bad and I think of the professor Nageshwar, whom I looked up for, is actually not that noble personality and to realise that he is biased.
You often talk about selective exposure, selective perception and selective retention. But you actually turned out to be a selective critic. You have been doing selective analysis, selective criticism, especially in regards to Andhra Pradesh issues. From here on you are selective analyst and selective critic.
Analysts and critics are the people who comment on system, what happens when these people are biased and especially when these people grow to become a huge influence. Who will question the selectivity of critics and analysts? Are you open for such kind of dialogue? Are you willing to introspect? Do you even take feedback? Do you act on that feedback? I will wait and see.
