In "Restless heart Syndrome"song, in the end, Billie says: "Know Your Enemy". Well on that song he speaks about somebody making like a analysis of himself about his symptoms (depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, pain, etc) and he realizes that him is his worst enemy at the end of the track. Great to see that the same phrase can have so different meaning in 2 songs of this album.
Very glad someone else has made this realisation! The album is genius. There are a lot of connections between many of the songs, which shape how they are interpreted, and some melodies in some songs are featured in others (for example See The Light, which ends how 21st century breakdown starts)

GD just came to my country (Brazil) not even a month ago. I couldn't attend due lack of money but surely i'm going to onto the next time no matter what. My memory sucks for almost everything but I remember like it was yesterday the first time I saw this music video and meet green day. 9 years old me just casualy watching MTV when the "new green day's music video" was announced. After that I just got in love with Green Day and ketp waiting for them appear on my TV again and again so I can enjoy their great music. Some years later I got my first computer and just jumped on the lots of their contents i've never saw on TV and finally considered myself a truly fan. Until now, when I'm 22 yo, never could meet them in person or attend to a concert, i'm kinda writting this so I can look back one day after went to many concerts and feel I had achieved my childhood dream. GD just came to my country (Brazil) not even a month ago. I couldn't attend due lack of money but surely i'm going to onto the next time no matter what. Thanks for all, you guys will always be the best band in the world from me.
