03 ford, mazda, escape,tribute EGR code and small oil leak.

Can you believe my first cK engine light on in this beast?! Yup never had an issue. EGR code and repair and fix my leaky drain plug.

Did replacing the connector fix your code error? I'm getting a p402 code and already replaced egr. Going to replace dpfe and solenoid at the same time next as still rough idling intermittently

Yes it did. The wire was broken under the insulation. Common issue I’m told. Main harness pulls down quite hard on it over time breaking it.
